i will definatley use airparks again as they were very helpful to me and my wife who are both over seventy and gave us plenty of assisstance.

This car park has got friendly staff, transfer was very punctual. It is good value for money.

We have been using Airparks for a good number of years now and hope to do so in the future. Very satisfied.

Everything was ok till I tried to leave the car park. The exit machine was wrapped up in paper /tape and it was not obvious where the ticket was to be placed to open the barrier. Thinking that the machine was taped up because it was out of order, I drove around looking for another exit, only to come back to see another car leaving by that exit. Only then did I find out how to operate the machine to open the barrier.

We arrived early in the morning the staff were fully alert and welcomed us with a smile makes a difference now a days transport to airport was as one would expect coach heater was on made a difference on a very cold morning driver pleasant and helpful with the luggage On the whole Airparks were first class

Staff were very friendly and efficient. My car was parked near reception when I returned so I didn't have far to walk with two heavy suitcases. Would definitely use again.

I have used Airparks on numerous occasions and will definately continue to use them

Reception staff were friendly, supportive (even retrieving one of my pupils' mobile phone!) and accomocative of our late return from Gatwick due to train failure and the ensuing "knock on effect" on transport.Bus driver was superb; knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A first rate service; I'll be back!

All okay but the car park surface is quite poor which meant my car was very dirty on my return, and if raining I imagine it would be worse with puddles etc. But otherwise all okay

On arrival check in at reception and receive a ticket for the bus to the airport. Park your car and the buses leave every 15 mins to the airport. On return the bus was waiting outside the terminal and I was back at my car in 10 mins. Very well organised with no hanging around
