I would certainly use this company in the future as from start to finish the staff were extremely efficient and the whole experience was superb from start of holiday until my return

No hazzles, no waiting..process is very simple and if you have any doubts the staff is really helpful.

For a very reasonable price, easily arranged on the computer, we found the place no bother thanks to the excellent directions, left the car and hopped on a bus to the airport. On our return there was a bus waiting to take us back to the car - couldn't have been easier! Would definately use them again and reccommend to others.

As expected for the money. I think in the busy summer months however, finding a space could prove a challange. Some of the parking was haphazard to say the least.

Airparks Glasgow is one of the best off-Site car park I have used. The facilities are excellent, the transfer is only minutes away and the car park itself is well maintained. Unfortunately they misplaced my car keys. After denying they had them they found them after about 30 minutes search. Apart from that a very good car park.

Very helpful staff, assisted with loading case onto bus storage. On both journeys buses were there and left promptly. Will definitley use Airparks again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Only criticism is time had to sit on coach waiting to be taken to and from airport. This wouldn't put me of from using Airparks again and you are advised to leave up to 40 minutes when checking in to get to airport.

I actually thought I was booking a different airport parking until after I booked, my mistake! Glad I did though, it was only 5mins away from where I thought I was booking, easy to find, as described. Staff very friendly despite working a Sat night, lets face it, nobody wants to work a Sat night.... Bus was already sitting when we arrived, we were offered to have the car parked for us for an extra £5, or for an extra £20 the car would be at the airport on our arrival, this I must say I don't mind paying for the convenience. The bus waited for us, at the airport the driver showed us where the car would be after our return, he also loaded/unloaded our luggage with a smile, never had that before. Upon our return the car was sitting exactly as described with one of their staff waiting for us. Very impressed with service and will certainly use again...

I found that the pick up at airport was overly complicated, first you hand your card to driver, then he has to confirm your identity, then he has to go round finding the owners of the cards in order that he can hand them back. This is very time consuming. Surely there must be a simpler method of dealing with this.

When we arrived at the car park it took approximately 5 minutes to check in. Another 10 minutes and we were being transferred to the airport. the driver was very helpful, lifting passengers luggage. When we came home we rang the quick dial number and were told the bus was already at the sirport waiting for us. The whole process was very quick, no waiting around. Patience can be hard to come by in the early hours of the morning so it's always a bonus when none is needed. I would definitely use them again.

Didn't like the fact I had to park car myself in certain bays and drag my cases back to the car when I got back.other car parks I used in the past,u left the keys with them, they parked the car and car was waiting at the reception for u when u got back,they did offer me the service but at extra cost which I thought was not right. Don't think I would be using this 1 again

Having the car cleaned for just £2 above the fee for keeping the keys was well worth it and although the young lady on the desk has to explain to umpteen customers the same information she managed to do it without giving the impression of boredom or couldn`t care less attitude, she was instrumental in my decision to have the keys kept and car cleaned and on returning I was impressed with the standard of the car wash.

Fast efficient service, the small cost for the car to be brought to you on your return journey is well worth it, our flight was delayed for 2 hours, it was great coming out of the airport and right into the car

Been using Airparks for many years but they really let themselves down this time. Checking it was fine, the guy was really friendly and helpful. Transfer to the airport was reasonably timely. Not such a good experience on the way back. Phoned after collecting baggage and was told that a bus would be despatched straight away. 5 minute walk to the pick up point and there was a bus waiting but when we went to board, the driver simply said NO. As it turned out the bus was full but he could have been more courteous. Stood for another 25-30 minutes (4 o'clock in the morning) before another bus arrived (it's only a 10 minute journey). A total of 9 of us got on the bus and we waited. The driver got off the bus and lit up a cigarette which I assumed he was doing while waiting a few minutes for another flight arrival. Fair enough in these days of rising fuel prices and environmental responsibilities. I was wrong because he finished his cigarette, got back on the bus and drove to the Airpark. Indeed while he was having his cigarette he left the bus engine running so obviously my fuel cost and environmental considerations were way off the mark. All in all the way he treated a group of people who had been travelling for the best part of 12 hours was quite shocking and I will be considering seriously whether to use them again or not.

Only fault was the meet and greet. Was informed that it took 40 minutes from airpark to airport so booked this service. Once on the transfer bus it only took about 10 minutes at most and service was not really required. Felt that this was a waste of £20.

Everything went well. Only 2 minor issues - on arrival, did have to wait for 5-10 mins for the bus driver to move off, even although there were 2 buses there and the car park surface (i.e beyond the fence) is not the most flat and well-marked surface, but for the money, one cannot complain.

At the check-in the staff told us of the other services available which we decided to use. The parking area appeared to be maintained to a high standard and the waiting area / reception was clean and tidy. We would definately use this carpark again.

we travelled as a family of six 4 adults and 2 children 2 buggies 4 suitcases 6 hand baggage staff helped us and were patient while we got them on coach excellent
