I was really impressed by the service provided by Airparks, Glasgow. This was the first time I have used this type of service as I usually arrange to be dropped off and picked up by family or friends and will certainly use it again. On arrival I was met by friendly staff at reception who explained their parking/transfer system and other options available e.g. car valet, being picked up by a driver in my own car etc. I did not avail myself of these options and did not feel presurised into it. The coach was ready and waiting and I was transferred to the airport immediately. The coach driver was also friendly and informative advising me of the procedure on return to Glasgow. When I returned the coach was waiting and I was trnsferred back to Airparks immediately. The driver was also friendly and helpful explaining the one way system in the car park and the exit procedure. The coaches were clean and comfortable. I was well satisfied with the security aspect in the car park. Well worth the money and I will not inconvenience friends and family in future by asking them to take me to and from the airport.

My only quibble was the agent on the welcome desk on my arrival (15 04 11 at 11am) who seemed disappointed we didn't take up his offer of bringing my car to the Terminal upon my return. I can only assume he would have benefited from some commission. When I declined his offer, he said, "Well it's up to you if you want to stand for 40 minutes in the rain." This kind of snide comment bothered me and spoiled an otherwise pleasant service.

We feel that the fee for looking after the car key (£5) is a little heavy, (for many years it was free) but we shall still use this facility. (In the early days, we would return on a night flight and find that the car's engine was running and the heater was on, all ready to go - those were the days!)

Well organised and professional. Have used them regularly over the past couple of years with no problems at all.

Completely satisfied. Could not complain about any part of the service. Would definately use Airparks again.

Airparks are great. The waiting room is bright quite spacious and had apmle toilet facilities and vending machines. Buses run, 3 per hour. On the hour, 20past and 20 to the hour which means your never hanging about to long.

Great system for parking,so simple.Shuttle coach driver was most helpful and explained the process very clearly.Assisted with the luggage. Cannot fault Airpark and would use them in the future.Already recommended them to friends

The parking is close to the airport but we got a little bit lost following directions from the website. The people are really friendly especially the driver of the bus on our return. Our car was checked in quickly and the bus to the airport runs every 20 minutes so we did not have to wait long. I would book with airparks again.

Everything went to plan. The staff were freindly and helpful. The terminal and coaches were very clean and tidy. Only ony thing, because our luggage was delayed ever so slightly we missed our transfer but the next one was only a short wait. Overall, good value for money.

I was more than happy with the service I got from airparks Glasgow and would have no hesitation in both using the service again and recommending it to others.

Was very easy to find with the directions given at booking.Staff were very friendly and polite and was able to find a parking space quickly.Transfers to and from the airport were ontime on clean buses. Will be using Airparks again and would tell friends to do so also.

excellent service my car was waiting on me at glasgow airport as soon as i arrived alllowing me home before rush hour

In less than 15 minutes I had parked the car and was on the shuttle bus to the airport. Cant ask for much more

Only negative point my husband had was when returning to collect his car he found the arrows confusing in exiting the car park.
