The driver was helpful on arrival and waited for us to park our car and helped with our luggage. On coming back from holiday there was quite a queue at the bus stop so had to wait for the next bus. One slight problem was two companies using the same bus stop so people in the know jumped the queue knowing that some folk were waiting for Park Save so that we didn't get on the first bus.

Impressed with the service we received transfer was really quick and only had to wait 2 minutes for collection on return, will definately use direct parking again

I have used Direct Parking for some years now in preference to any others around Glasgow Airport. I have always been impressed by its service, especially as this time I could not find my card when we got back, but everything was sorted without any difficulty. Staff at the gate are always friendly and helpful and the bus drivers assist with heavy bags without complaint. Well done.

We have used this car park many times and found it to be very good. Drivers are very helpful. Not long to wait for a transfer to the airport, and coming back, there is always a bus waiting to take people back to the car park without having to phone. Will defeinitely use again.

the chap who drove our bus back on the mornong of the 17th july about 1 30 am was a pleasure, lifting our cases on and off..excellent manner and customer services from him and because of this i will be using the facility again

I had no problem finding carpark with directions given. Told where to park and was picked up and on my way to airport within minutes journey took about 5 mins. I arrived back to airport about 2am phoned to be picked up and was told to go to bus stop and wait but bus was already there. Would certainly use again and recommend this carpark

Friendly staff...close to airport (5 minutes)...great value compared to other facilities...will use service again for sure !!

Easy to find if you take the correct exit of many close together on the M8 - plan carefully. Arrival not fully automated, but efficient enough. Quick transfers without too much waiting for the bus - perfectly acceptable. Phone at the airport used to call for the bus not easy to spot and has illegible keypad from heavy use - needs a big sign and replacement of the phone.
