On arriving at the car park in Glasgow I was very disappointed to find that the car had not been booked in with Direct Prking the man on duty was very helpful but having to go through the whole booking process at the gate obviously led to a delay both for myself and for the cars that were behind us. I have complained but been advised that it will take between 7 to 10 days to get a reply. Had I anticipated this I would just have made the booking with Direct Parking who were excellent.Doubt if you will print this as part of your customer review

very good service, we had a small baby with us and the staff were very friendly and arranged the transfers as quick as possible . On the way back drove us up to our car to make it easier for us with a baby

Easy to find the car park. Transfers were very quick and efficient and I would use this service again.

Having used Direct Parking at Glasgow on a number of occasions they have been nothing but perfect in every aspect.......but some of the road surfaces at the Bus stops could be doing with resurfacing.

staff helpful without the need for prompting for further information. no stress travelling in the transfer mini bus.

Used many different parks around Glasgow airport but have now used this one for my last few flights as its the cheapest/nearest and great value for money, especially for longer periods of parking.

From first connecting to the website, through booking and actually using the parking everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Direct Parking Glasgow.

It's a car park for the airport and it does whatit says on the tin. Quick, no hassle, would definately use again and recommend others to do so.

Arrived back in Glasgow in a snowstorm and had to wait 25 minutes out in the snow for the pick up vehicle. The office said the weather was bad. I knew, I was standing in it.

The road into the car park is not a good advert as it seems to be extensively used for fly tipping of rubbish - this is a critacism of the local council not the car park.

Excellent service, the pickup transfer was already waiting when we arrived. Transfer time 3-4 minutes. Exellent value for money!

If you want a no hassle parking facility then this is it. Only minutes from airport and quick collection on our return. Will definitely use again.

We were very happy with this parking arrangement. There was no hanging about on the outward or the inward journeys. Very impressive.
