Only downside was the thirt minute wait to be picked up on our return. Automated phone service to let them know you need picked up. I would prefer to talk to a human, that way l know they know am waiting.

Directions given were easy to follow and found no bother, parked car and heading to bus waiting to take us to airport! Driver very friendly took our cases and loaded on attached trailer , dropped at door of airport, gave us a card with details on contact for our return pick up and what to do and showed us pick up point to where bus would collect us ! On our return we didn't have to phone as bus was there waiting, driver confirmed our names took our bags put on trailer took us bk to car park ! Very straight forward no hassle, pleasant experience ! Defo use again and recommend !

Great service with quick transfers. Felt very comfortable leaving car here for 4 nights. Didn't have to wait long for transfer mini bus in either direction and the transfer was very quick.

Really easy to find as we were not local but directions and signage were great. You just park you own car and get on the bus. Staff were pleasant and transfers only take about 5 minutes. If we fly from Glasgow we will definately use again.

the only thing i would suggest if someone was there to help with parking if it is really busy. I was ok but there was people on the mini bus driving aroung trying to get a space.

It's only a couple of minutes from Glasgow Airport and the service is great as we got picked up and dropped off with no problems at all

As I have said above everything goes through smoothly due to your cameras monitoring the car park and exit. A good professional organisation.

Got took to the airport no bother by a nice staff member. The journey didnt take long and was adviced when arrived back just to phone and we would get picked up. When we got back there one a direct parking already there so we jumping on it and got back to our car no bother.

When we returned our car wouldn't start and the driver of the bus offered to help jump start our car. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Very easy to find too with directions. Will see you again next year - if flying from Glasgow.

Did exactly what it said it would, dropped off the car, bus was waiting and took us to the airport, same coming bcak, no hassle.

Car park is easy to find,close to airport and operated by polite helpfully staff .courtesy bus was waiting at arrivals door on return allowing us to be back at car and ready to drive home within a very short time. Will certainly use direct parking again.

I have parked at Direct Parking for quite a few years while we go on holiday and I have nothing but praise for them, the staff are very helpful and courtious and nothing is too much trouble for them. I will continue to use them in the future.

Easy to find. Simple to use and not too long to wait for transfers to and from the airport. This was about the tenth time we have used this facility and would not use any other.

This was the first time we have used an airport parking service usually relying on the goodwill of friends and family to get us to and from the airport but had to book parking as this was not possible. When we arrived at the parking facility there was no check-in required. The barrier automatically read the car's registration and permitted entry. There was a bus waiting to depart when we arrived so my husband dropped myself, my toddler and our cases off and then he quickly parked the car. The bus driver loaded our cases on to the bus. The car park allows you to keep your own keys and doesn't move your car which was an essential requirement for me as I've heard some horror stories regarding car parks that keep your keys. Journey to the airport took 5 minutes or less. After our holiday we phoned and left a message on their answer machine when we got to baggage collection. A bus was waiting for us when we went to the stop. We'll definitely use the service again.

have used almost all the airport parking companies, Direct Parking Glasgow are the best.

my only negative is on the approach to the car park it is very off putting thatit looks like a refuse tip with lots of fly tipping and rubbish.Does not give a good impression of the area.
