Great service, buses were coming and going all the time. Even when our flight was delayed and we went over our allocated time by a few hours the staff could not be nicer, and didn't even charge extra! Very courteous too. Well impressed, will be using this again year after year.

The carpark was easy to find.We found a space easily ,near one of the bus stops.The bus arrived within a couple of minutes and we were dropped off very close to the terminal entrance hall.On our return the bus was waiting just outside and within a few minutes we were back at our car.The chap in the ticket office was efficient and friendly-all in all very good service,will choose next time in need long term parking at Glasgow Airport.

I arrived at airport Car Park with ten minutes more to spare than I usually do at Edinburgh airport. The bus took ten minutes to arrive and then sat in Car Park for ten minutes before setting off. I did make my flight, but I was extremely tight on time due to the extra time it takes in comparison to Edinburgh.

Minutes from airpoprt terminal by regular shuttle buses . Safe environment for cars and passengers.

I have parked at NCP for 6 years now.Im happy to leave my car here knowing that is secure. Transfers are quick and all staff and bus drivers are very pleasant no matter what time of day im travelling. See you all again in 11 weeks.

We have been using this car park for the past 7 years, and will keep on using it because of the overall convenience, and peace of mind in its security. This is not the cheapest car park, however, it does represent very good value for money when all aspects are taken into account.

No complaints, bus was waiting at terminal to pick us up and was back at the car park within a few minutes.

My outgoing was fine,but coming back Friday 18.15 coach arrived around 18.45pm and waited until full mostly holiday makers who were equally unhappy ,my colleage used airpark and was picked up right away,when I asked attendent why such a delay especially in a peak time,i was informed tea break time.

There were no problems rearding the car park. The transfers were as was quoted, and the staff were all helpful and polite. Will recommend the facility to others, and would use again.
