I normally use Direct Parking ( I know they are the same company) but decided to try Parksafe. Unfortunately waiting time both to and from airport really slow, waited nearly half an hour at both ends which is not acceptable considering the volume of clients. Direct Parking more efficient probably because its nearer the airport but Park Safe will have to try harder

Have used PARKSAFE and found them to be a very easy service to book. Prompt transport to airport and on return. Would recommend

We have used Parksafe for many years and found the staff helpful and efficient.You never have long to wait when your car is parked and they provide a nice warm waiting room with clean toilet facilities. On return they arrive very quickly to transport you from airport to your car.

The proximity to the airport is great it certainly took away any pre-travel stress that air travel can generate, good directions to parking, pleasant staff, will be happy to recommend to family and friends.

The transfers to and from the airport where very quick and smooth. I had thought I was parking actually in the actual airport carpark, however this did not take away from the service which was provided.

The only point would be on the return you have to find where the phone is in the airport to arrange uplift to return to your car. When you do find the phone it is and automatic voice so you are not aware if hey have recieved your call or the time you may be picked up . Some respose would be good

Immediate transfer to the airport on arrival. Only a few minutes away. Easy to find- not far from M8. Staff very helpful. Would definitely use again.

It is not the nearest car park to the airport, but it is not too far and it's excellent value for money. The transfer service could not have been better. The drop off point is near the terminal building.

easy drive down motorway past airport take next exit through roundabout arrive in linwood. so easy,i will always use parksafe when needed.

Parksafe have provided an excellent service and I will use them again. I have used them in the past because they offered a discount. Prices could have been a bit more competotve friends got similar parking for £5 less

no problems at all, good price and service. Easy directions to get to the carpark and frequent shuttle buses.I'll use them again

Friendliest car park in the west. We've been using ParkSafe for many years since they were based in Paisley and have never had cause to complain. Wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else...keep up the good work. Linda (who left her keys in Spain:))

We found the car park very difficult to find but your customer service was helpful and aloud us to park in another car park which was also part of your company without further charge. We appreciated this and would be happy to recommend your car park.

Delay on return for pick-up transfer to carpark as had been issued with card which had an out of date phone number to contact and parksafe did not receive my details replying to automated message.Not so good at midnight on a bitterly cold night with 2 young children.

This was the first time I've left my car at the airport & required parking, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I would definitely use Parksafe Glasgow again. The bus was ready for us on both journeys so there was no waiting around. The only wee niggle we had was that on the way to airport our bags were pulled from the trailer & left on wet muddy grass.
