Fantastic service, arrival was at a late time and the bus was waiting to pick us up withoout a phone call in advance - brilliant

A bit further out than others however regular buses and luggage stored separately meaning no bumping about in mini bus

It did take us a while to locate the phone at the airport on our return journey and we had quite a long wait. As the phone was answered remotely we could only assume our message was received and therefore the long wait did cause us to wonder whether you had not received the message. Perhaps a clearer indication on the siting of the phone would be helpful. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The park was secure, the staff friendly and the transfers smooth and punctual. I didn't have any issues or concerns and would recommend this park to anyone.

Everything went smoothly. There was a little wait for the transfer to the airport as there were obviously several cars booked in at a similar time. But if you've left plenty of time for the transfer, that's not an issue! On arrival back, late in the evening, I was slightly surprised to get an ansaphone when I rang in, but the bus turned up very promptly. It's worth making a note of your parking slot number when you leave the car though - don't write it on your ticket as you have to hand your ticket over to the driver and won't get it back! (Or note the space number before you hand the ticket over!)

We were a little disappointed at our arrival when we had to sit in a queue of cars before we could park. It seemed to take quite a time before we arrived at the window. Perhaps some of your customers did not have their documentation with them or had not paid before arriving. It was slightly frustrating at such an early hour (03:45 am) as we were keen to reach the airport by 04:00 am.

Parksafe Glasgow is easy to find. Our arrival and transfer to the airport went very smoothly and we were not kept waiting for the bus to arrive to transfer us to the airport. When we arrived back in Glasgow, the bus was waiting and the driver helped load all the bags on for us. I would not hesitate in using them again.

Exactly as it says on the tin, turn up, park your car and in the airport within 10 minutes. The same on return, off the plane get the case, call for pickup and back at the car in fifteen minutes. Superb. would recommend to all.

This is the first time I have used airport parking and it was so easy - I will definately use Parksafe again.

I would use again despite the fact the transfere from airport to parksafe depot was much longer than advised. it took the bus 20min plus to come to airport for us but it may have been due to trafffic and the amount of people who were waiting. the driver took it on a first come first served basis despite instruction given to customers to call for bus and most customers didnt so those of us who did had to wait. i will put this down to a small hiccup and not fault the company( only the users).

Quick transfers to and from the airport, all staff friendly and helpful

As above - One of the best near Glasgow Airport. Park on level ground. Take own key. Transfers punctual. Staff very good. Transfers very good.

They were the cheapest at the time of booking would use them again.less than 10 min transfer.

The staff are very courteous, the site feels secure, direction very good and transfers swift.

Excellant Service with no problems whats so ever. Transfers to and from the airport were puntual and easy to arrange for return from airport to carpark. This is the 2nd time I have used park safe and would have no hesitation to use again or recommend to others.

Transfers were on time although the mini buses used had verry high steps which made getting on board difficult for elderly and limited mobility clients to board. The curtesy phone in the baggage hall on return was an automated response and the volume was so low I had to use my mobile to ring the land line to be sure I had been heard.

have used before and will use again the major point for me is i get to keep my own keys as we had experiance with a polish park and ride site couple of years ago and i didnt appreciate how he was driving other peoples cars and even rallied my car into a space right in front of my eyes. When i asked them what they were doing an argument broke out, so my basic point is i get to keep my own keys and everything else you guys provide is a bonus for me. Everything was fine though from the people in the booth to the transfer service this is my second time with you guys and i will if the price is right be back on my next trip.

Transfer out excellent. Difficulty with telephone in Glasgow airport transferring to Parksafe leading to slightly long wait.

We found this place very easily, transfers were prompt and it was very close to the airport so didn't take long to transfer. Would use again.

After reading some mixed reviews about Parksafe, I was apprehensive about booking with them. However, I decided that as they were the best value parking for a 7 night stay I would take my chances! Happy to say had no problems with the service at all. Directions were fine, 5minute wait to check in at the gate followed by a 15 min wait until departed to the airport. The bus was there when we arrived at carpark so got straight on however, the slight delay seemed to be to allow some for some other passengers to arrive. Still, 15mins is not the end of the world! We arrived back at 2am and found the phone to the far right of arrivals. Yes you do need to leave a voicemail with your name however, as far as Im aware the person back at control checks as soon as a new message flags up. Wasnt an issue for us as the bus was actually outside waiting and after a quick radio in to check for other pickups, the driver departed after around 10mins. Did exactly as expected and the driver was a typical wee mad weegie full of banter but lightened the mood after a 4.5hr flight during the night haha!
