Excellent service no problems with transport to and from the airport. Would definately use Parksafe Glasgow again.

Facilities were very good with a decent parking surface and I like being able to take my car keys with me. Not far from the airport, transfer buses were pretty frequent and the bus drivers were very helpful. All in all an excellent service which I would recommend to anyone and will certainly use again myself.

This is the first time we have used Parksafe. We arrived a bit late but was met with a friendly smile, in no time at all we were on our way to the airport. Pick up no hitches wil definately use again. Thank you Andy Simpson

Took a while to actually get through the barrier to park your car. Need more staff on duty and larger admin area. Bus drivers very helpful.

Easy to find with the pre-e-mailed directions. Staff are very helpful and informative. great value for money and they were the cheapest by far with a money-back cancellation policy. We'll definitely be using them again!

We only had to wait a few minutes before being transferred to the airport and the bus was waiting for us when we returned. Customer service was excellent.

The area we were allocated was hard standing it was OK but we would have preferred flat tarmac.We are going out for 2 wks in Sept'11 and since this would be our 2nd booking this year (usually 2 times every year)we are interested in your competitive quote. Only slight problem was a little difficulty getting through on the phone on our return journey. Had to redial three times. Not major and would definitely use again.

Travel directions were spot on and found the car park with no problems at all. Bus driver was at the car park and directed me to the general direction of spaces available. Quick transfer to the airport and the bus was at the stop on my return.Perfect timing.

Everything went like clockwork. The only surprise was the return journey where the bus dropped off customers of another car park, before going to Parksafe.

We had no problems, the transfers were great, the bus was waiting for us when we arrived back, which was great so there really was no hanging around. Staff helped with our bags too. Definitely recommend. Good value too.

The other company only agreed to drop us off at the carpark once they had all their passengers on - there were 11 of us (4 small children) all cold so wasn't the best experience to return to.

I found the service provided very good the staff were friendly and efficient and we didn't have long to wait for pick up.

The car park is easy to find and easy to exit on to m8 in both directions. My only fault was on return to car park the car was not readily found as area was general and not specific as to location of car. This could be improved with more row or bay markings.The staff were all helpfull and efficient, we will use again without hesitation.

Parksafe was easy to access for the airport, staff were very helpful and transfer/pick-ups were very punctual. I have recommended Parksafe to all my friends/family.

I liked the layout of the carpark as your car was in a proper carpark space with plenty room not jam packed like a sardine. The driver was very pleasant and courteous transfer to and from airport was a pleasant journey will certainly be using the service again thanks
