i think it would be a good idea if there was a waiting area for you instead of be picked up at your car,luckly we didn't have the ususal summer weather when we were picked up and dropped off,no really it didn't rain.apart from that it was ok.

This park was secure and there was no waiting around as the transfers were door to door.

everything ran smoothly from arrival at carpark till departure. first time we have used parksafe will know next time to note where i left car to make it easier for me to find. otherwise perfect

Excellent arrangement whereby one drives one's car to the parking bay, retains the keys and picks it up from the bay on return. No one else touches the car.

Good value for money, better system with your car in a numbered bay now, bus picks you up at the car and also drops you there on return, have used them before and will do again.

I have used many off airport carparks over the years and I was very impressed from start to finish. I was greeted and treated very happily and kindly by the girl at the reception who directed me to my parking space where I was picked up at my car by a friendly and helpful driver. On my return from the airport I was picked up by an even more friendly and helpful driver who took me straight to my car and help me to pack my luggage. All in all I had 1st class service.I will definately by using Parksafe again and recommending it to my family and friends

first class service, very prompt and i was pleased that i was able to keep my keys. very pleasent staff and nothing was too much trouble. would use the service again

Parksafe Car Park was easy to find from the directions given from the M8. Checking in was quick and easy. Both the man in the entrance kiosk and the bus driver were helpful. The bus driver actually drove right up to my car to load our cases on to the bus which was most helpful as I was travelling on my own with my 8 year old son.

I am a disabled driver and found this to be the most useable of all the carparks I have used at Glasgow Airport. My case was carried for me I was taken to my parking lot and the bus was was easily acessible. I shall definitely use this one again

We were especially fortunate as the buses were there, ready to go, when we arrived at the parking area and when we phoned from the baggage claim area. All in all an excellent experience.

I overshot the entrance to your site and finished in the next one! This was due to failing site and poor navigator Otherwise very satisfactory Thanks

Simple booking process and speedy transfer to Airport. Site is very close to Airport and directions easy to follow.

Car park was very well laid out with good sized parking spaces. Parked own car and took car keys with us. Coach picked us up from the car and drove us immediately to airport. Bus prompt on return to airport and delivered us to the car. We were given a token to open gate to exit carpark. Excellent

The outward journey was brilliant but we had to wait for 30 mins upon return for a bus (3 buses were required) even though you were aware there were 30 people off our flight using your facilities. Would use you again though.

coach was sitting waiting to take us to airport and was also ready for taking us back 5 minutes and coach was full and on way back to carpark

Most impressive. I've used other facilities like this and have been left to wander the carpark to find my car. Not so here. We were collected and returned right to our vehicle!

I regularly use this car park when travelling for business purposes and find the staff very friendly, having never came across any problems when using their services.

Unfortunately there was a problem on our return transfer due to the telephones in Parksafe being inoperable. This took almost 30 minutes to resolve on a cold winter's night at Glasgow Airport. That said when I did finally get to my car the battery had gone flat and the staff were very attentive and helpful in assisting with a recharge (from their on site power pack) to enable me to get home ok.

As stated above staff were helpful, friendly, and appeared very competent. Transfers were executed promptly and coaches were comfortable.

The only thing i felt could have been improved on was the fact that i wasn't told that i would have to call on my return in order to be picked up. it would have been helpful if this had been stated on the ticket or information given via e-mail.
