The entry into the carpark resulted in a lengthy wait as each car had to be checked in at a window. This meant that if someone was at the wrong car park for whatever reason you were held up in a queue behind them. The process should be simplified so that there is no need to queue to actually get into the carpark. The driver of the transfer vehicle sat in his seat and made no attempt to help even elderly or people with very young children any assistance with their luggage. I would not use Parksafe again.

we had to wait at the airport on our return for about 15mins for our coach. we have not experienced this before.coach was overcrowded.

It was further from the airport than we expected - I think we were slightly misled in the booking details

The old Parksafe used to be cheaper than the others, now they are the same. Also this time they had to have us identify our car through steamed up windows in the rain, then we had to carry our luggage a fair distance after drop off. We have used Parksafe several times now and all the previous times the driver knew where your car was and took you right to it. I don't know if the other parks are better or worse, but will be trying an alternative on our next trip in a few months.

Staff couldn't do enough for us, even when we arrived at Parksafe on Christmas morning at 6.30am. We found the direction easy to find and the transfers both going out on our flight and coming back were excellent with the tranfer bus waiting for us each time, even when our luggage held up. I have just made a 3rd booking for February.

A no frills parking facility. On return dropped off at control point and left with luggage to find car in a poorly lit park. A poor service compared to Parksafe's original facility.

Everything was fine, but the car park was a little hard to find, (even with the sat nav.) it was also a fair way out; The reason we didn't chose it in the first place. The phone which we had to use to get the transfer bus, was not easy to find, we had to ask someone in the airport. It is hidden behind a post, not with other phones. Main reason for choosing a car park, is one that we can keep our own keys.

Arriving at 5am staff were very friendly and helpful and at 11.30pm coming home it was so easy to get on the bus at the airport then into the car and drive home. Will certainly use Parksafe again. Mary

Very helpful staff and great value for money. The car park was a liitle dark trying to find the car but it was a very cold Glasgow night!!

staff could of been a bit more informative as how to get out of the car park just handed token and told you need this to get out?

On arrival at Parksafe, I was impressed by the service, but on the return the driver drove so fast another passenger asked him if he would mind slowing down a bit. The driver then went about 10 miles an hour and was very rude to the passenger - not a very comfortable experience. Also on arrival at parksafe, the driver got the bags out and walked away. I went to the kiosk and the woman there gave me the token I needed to get out! I will not be using Parksafe again!

from the initial booking, parking the vehicle, transport to the airport and the uplift from the airport on my return to parksafe car park was all carried out in a professional manner the bus driver was excellent

Parksafe offered both a professional and friendly service, which provided a stress free start and finish to my holiday. The comfort of keeping my own car keys with me made me feel more at ease with leaving my car in the safe parking areas of Parksafe. I left for my holiday with no fears of the horror stories I had heard about other airport parking services. I give Parksafe five stars :-)

overall we were happy with the service although on check in there was a bit of a tail back of cars at reception and it took approx. 15 mins to get through check in. It was very early in the morning (5.30) and only one person at the check in/arrival desk. Perhaps another member of staff could be on duty when they know that it is a busy period (Saturday am - October school holiday week!)

This was not our cheapest option but having used Parksafe before we found the service and security to be well woth it.

ParkSafe is conveneintly situated in close proximity to the airport and is only a short approx 4 minute ride away. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Your park your own car in a allocated numbered bay and keep your own keys. Upon arrival back you have a number to call for the mini bus. They took slightly longer to arrive than we expected but there was traffic problems, which we saw for ourselves on the way back. All in all nNo problems, ceratinly cheaper than on airport parking and and would certainly use again.

Only problem experienced was on collection of car - own car was at entrance but driven round car park to collect others albeit my car was at entrance resulting in last to be collected.

Everything ran like clockwork, lots of space between the cars liked the feeling of security when able to take the car keys on holiday with me. Staff were helpful.Buses were on time. Only one critism, In bad weather the protection for the customer at the check in booth does not protect the customer properly against the rain. My check in took four to five minutes and I was quite wet when I returned to the car.

If you don't know exactly where it is, you will have a hard time finding it even with sat nav and especially if in a major rush for the plane. Otherwise it very good.Punctual, pleasant staff.

Well organised operation, transfers were efficiently carried out, retained car keys and would use again.
