When I arrived the booked carpark was full apparentally I was upgraded to a closer car park would have been useful to have been informed of this beforehand

There is no obvious method of validating your ticket, or matching it with your booking. Therefore you have to try and exit the car park and communicate through the intercom to an assistant. However there is no information advising you to do this.

Only thing I would improve on is the surface on path to airport - provided a challenge for wheels of suitcases :) thanks

When I tried to exit the car park at the end of my trip, I pushed the "phone" button at the exit barrier as instructed. The man who replied said my booking number was not valid, he was expecting some 5-digit number instead. He eventually let me out when I told him my name and registration number.

The only issues of note were: 1.Access to the covered walkway was via the adjacent rail station and the signage within the station, in both directions, was inadequate. 2.Finding your vehicle on your return to the car park is made difficult by the lack of positional signage. There is a need, particularly at night, to have location specific signs (Area A, B etc). Trying to find your vehicle after two weeks when you think it was 4 or 5 rows on the left from the front of the car park, can spoil your return. This is made worse when your outward time of day and return time of day are different.

staff were quick to respond when arrived and leaving. we walked to the airport in minutes

Slightly costly for one week stay, but otherwise easily accesible and simple service to use.

Very easy getting in and out of car park. Just press button before barrier and give your reference number so very quick. Short walk to terminal building. Easy to find a space. Definitely use again.

Instructions and directions were clear and precise , accessing and exiting car park was quick and simple ,and plenty of spaces to park. Made sure we didnt have any stress additional to the usual travelling concerns.
