The evening meal was not part of the package but we choose to eat here out of convenience. The steak was undersized and the pasta was watery and unpleasant.Woul not recommend eating here but would point you to the Pheasant pub round the corner

Couldn't believe our luck getting this hotel with 8 days parking so near Heathrow airport for under £100.00. Room was clean, staff were very professional and friendly, food very good and reasonably priced, and the parking was easy and completely hassle free. Coming back late evening we didn't have any problems getting our car back overall a very happy experience.

Room was small but clean and more than adequate as a stopover before a holiday. Great price for room and parking. Transfers to and from hotel were very easy and frequent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Catching early flight. On arrival staff checked in efficiently and advised on resturant deals. Room fine - good value for money. Resturant - food good quality. Early check out - not a problem; staff helpful on transfer to terminal.

The room was comfortable and clean, not noisy, and checking in and out was easy. We were offered 'Priority Club' membership, e which we have taken up as we shall more than likely use Holiday Inn again when we take our next holiday. Parking was not a problem and because the car was 'on-site', picking up the car at the end of our holiday was convenient. We did not use the dining room this time (we have in the past) either for evening meal or breakfast so cannot comment on this aspect.
