Great hotel and decor, staff really friendly. Great that its a 5 min taxi ride to the airport, no stress or hassel before you fly. And my car was safe and secure for 10 days.

car park was totally full, people were parked on double yellow lines everywhere, despite the clamping warnings. The double parking made driving around the car park very difficult. We did get a space though, in the end. I believe there is an overflow carpark. Airport transfers were very easy and hotel was very good value.

This is the first time that I have stayed the night before a flight at an airport and paid for parking. I usually just book parking. I must say that this was definitely value for money and will do it again. Thanks Lorinda & Peter Cox

The Park Inn was excellent value for money. It was very clean, convenient for the airport and the M4, staff were helpful and courteous, and the room was a decent size. The only complaints would be that the room was too hot and opening the window exposed us to considerable noise from the road. Also the breakfast was vastly over-priced, it would have cost us £60 to have continental breakfast for ourselves and our young daughter in our room!!!

For £80'ish I got a hotel room and car parking for 15 days. Also, I did not have to get up at 6 am and battle with the M25/M4. This is absolutely the most cost effective way to park at Heathrow and to travel while maintaining some degree of sanity. The Italian restaurant round the corner from the hotel is v. good and reasonable. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Car park was v. crowded though. I would recommend this to anyone.

the beds were not comfortable. When we entered, the staff forgot to put the towels. I don't think this is a four star hotel. It seems more like a three star hotel. However, the place was clean, which is to me the most important thing in a hotel. (for a little extra one can book much better, real four star hotels).

The hotel is in an ideal position for the airport, the cost of the food and drink is a bit to expensive even for london prices, for one pint of larger and a small bottle of cider at a cost £9 i think it is to expensive, otherwise nice hotel.

Very pleased with hotel, parking etc but found food and drinks very expensive and range of food either very basic at bar or over the top in restuarant.

Rooms generally very good value for money, but rooms in/around H'row are not too pricey by London standards. However, I was flabbergasted by the price of the food at the bar restaurants at the hotel! I recall a rib-eye steak dish being around £29 while an oriental noodle dish or standard Indian was around £20. This is verging on the ridiculous. Also, the airport transfer services are at close to extortion levels - I was charged £15 by the hotel's taxi company for a 0.5 mile transfer to Terminal 3. I would stay at the hotel again but beware their local monopoly on food and transport services.

Very pleasantly surprised - good value for money. Room too hot - but to be fair, we didn't think to call anyone - just thought it was par for the course in hotels! Restaurant expensive - but there is a good pub right across the road which does not bad food.

So close to the airport that from the front carpark you can see the planes across the road landing. Food expensive...with a burger at £13! Very clean, fantastic rooms...would stay again in a second. Enjoy.

Having to wade through large groups of people who have obviously just gotten off the bus/plane and have no idea where their rooms are (although they have keys) was annoying, but the hotel itself was superb.

Hotel is like a maze. Poor directions from reception and when I found room, it was occupied by someone else. No real apology from reception or hotel management.

When we arrived they had no confirmation of our booking, but this was quickly resolved by the hotel staff and we were given an upgraded room which was very nice. Went to dine in hotel restaurant, but found it exspensive for what was on offer.

Hotel ideal as so near to airport and taxi rates low. Quick to get back and to. Rooms good, but small and breakfasts very pricey BUT as we holiday in the states this is natural as London is very expensive compared to US. Location is best bit of hotel, but also staff and concierge very obliging.

Despite proximity to the airport, our room (on the back of reception) was very quiet. It was spot on - clean and practical. We enjoyed the bar (contemporary) but did not sample the food. All-in-all a great way to begin a holiday.

Excellent service from the concierge, and the carvery meal was excellent and very good value. Altogether a good deal including the parking. But we had to use the private mpv taxi transfere to terminal at £16 + tip which I thought was a bit much for a journey taking 5 minutes.

The stay at the Park Inn was very good value for money and extrememly convenient for the airport. Taxi charges to the airport were double the ones on the way back. Overall a good experience.
