The advertisement was misleading as it said free airport transfers, whereas it meant either free airport transfers or 2 weeks parking included. We were taken to the airport free by a coach that we now believe was not an official coach (nice driver as he siad just to hop on). When we arrived back at Terminal 4 (we had not been given tickets by anyone as we did not realise we would need them)we discovered (by phoning hotel) that transfers were not free. I choose this hotel specifically because it gave the best deal (inc free transfers or so I thought). Unfortunately not a good finish to a superb holiday - and it took 3 hours for us to get from Terminal 4 to our car. We will drive on the day next time and pay airport parking. Shame as it was a nice hotel and a nice start to our holiday.

Made a last-minute decision to drive to Heathrow instead of using public transport so I did a search here and found a room and parking for just £10 more than the best deal I could find on parking alone. So instead of a very early morning drive, I came down the night before, stayed in a very lovely hotel and rose refreshed in plenty of time for my flight.

I am totally okay with them moving the car as it was such good value - but the value disappears if it comes back covered in mud - it must have been parked in a muddy field and others cars had sprayed mud and my wheels were coated almost to rims and arches caked.

I might stay at the hotel again - if it was only for the room. But the lack of customer service would sway me away from it. I would NEVER leave my car in the long-term parking again. Someone tried to break into it and the hotel was very quick to try to cover themselves. They have no real security and seem to move your car at random. Moreover they only save CCCTV images for a week - so if you're there longer and something happens, they deny everything! The desk managers were barely in their 20's and had no idea what customer service means!

The service was terrific, not least because the impressive pre-Christmas fog at Heathrow meant that 20,000 women and children froze outside the hotel while I was comfortable and sound asleep inside. I will definitely use this service again.

As usual Marriott provides a very good service. Great hotel within a very short distance of Heathrow; very good value.

Room was cold on arrival. Window left open with outside temprerature of -4 degrees. No heating in room for the duration of our overnight stay. No hot water available prior to taking a long-haul flight. Only cold water bath or shower. Hotel management have yet to respond to our written complaints some two weeks after our stop-over.

This hotel is wonderfully situated for Heathrow airport. The room was clean with a lovely large bathroom. The airport shuttle service was excellent and on time. Excellent value for money, definitely go back there.

This is the first time I have used your services, but certainly won't be the last. The hotel was first class and we paid less than a week's parking at Heathrow. Excellent deal.
