We arrived for an early flight and the staff were upbeat and helpful. They carried our bags to a minibus which was already waiting. There was minimum fuss and we left promptly for the airport. On arrival back in the UK we called and they said that someone would be with us right away and sure enough, by the time we got to the waiting area (right next to the passenger drop off zone) the guy was pulling up - no waiting around at all. When we got back to the car park our car was waiting for us and all was in order. Having used several other companies at Luton airport this is the one we will stick with this one. (we have family abroad so fly fairly frequently). On Christmas Eve we couldn't have asked for a friendlier or more helpful company. Thank you!

Better service at a cheaper price than I have ever previously experienced. A minor delay on the return visit that was entirely due to roadworks on the airport approach for which the driver apologised profusely.I would use again and recommend without hesitation.

As soon as I got there I parked right outside reception and within minutes I was on the Transfer Coach, when I returned from my trip I called them as advised and again within minutes they were there to pick me up with the car waiting outside the reception area again, a brilliant service which I will definitely use again!

We didn't have to wait for our transfers either outbound or return and found the staff to be very friendly and most helpful.

Do not have any second thoughts about using this company. Excellent service and only a few minutes from the terminal so really quick service. Car was ready to be dropped off on arrival and was ready to drive away when we got back. Don't usually bother with writing these reviews but this company are worthy of the time.

This company gave the lowest priced quote from a search engine. I would highly recommend them. Excellent for convenience and was easy to drop off an collect my car. A great service!

I found the staff extremely pleasant and polite especially as we arrived in the middle of the night. Easy to find from the M1 and good value for money, the transfers were extremely good we were not waiting around. I would happily recommend to anyone.

I had a very early morning flight and it was raining so I was delighted when I arrived, was greeted by a friendly face at check in and then put straight onto a mini bus for transfer to the airport. On the way back the pick up was quick and my car waiting at the other end ready to go. All in all an excellent experience

It was very easy to find from the motorway. Staff were vey polite and friendly. Transfers were very punctual and it was very close to the airport which is fab when you have a long journey ahead. I would highly recommend Central Car Storage to friends and family.

This was the best value parking.I always book private, family owned firms. Easy to find from the M1. Clear instructions. Very welcoming friendly staff at 5am! Helpful driver to airport. Friendly and assisted with luggage. Easy instructions on return. Bus waiting for us. The lady who collected us was a little more 'crisp' in her attitude but was warmly greeted on our return to the car park where our car was waiting. Would definitely use again and recommend. Thank you.
