I was very impressed with the professional and friendly way in which I was able to park my car at the the drop-off parking lot and then we were taken immediately to the airport. When we arrived back at Luton from our trip, I phoned the car park as I came through customs and walked back to the pick up point. By the time I had walked the short distance, the curtesy coach was already there waiting for us! An excellent service that I will definitely use again if I have to use Luton airpot, or any other for that matter!

It was really close and what I loved best was phoning when we arrived and them coming 10 mins later. The transfer was with a mini bus and on the way back it acted like a taxi service, just taking us three back. I turned up 15 mins early to my booking and there was no issue with this.

I booked late, put the wrong return time on the form - we arrived several hours before I had said we would - but they managed to get our car ready in the time it took us to transfer from the airport. Very good service.

Central Car Storage were fantastic. A really easy service to use, polite, helpful staff and a great price. I would definitely recommend and certainly would use again.

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect for how low the cost was, but we were blown away with the service! Absolutely worth every penny. The people working the front kinda made us feel less than welcome but the men who picked us up and dropped us off were so kind and friendly. Overall very happy with the turn out, would highly recommend this company!

Very straightforward - dropped car off and in a Minibus within 5 mins. Phoned from airport and was picked up within 10 mins . Very efficient and friendly. Will use again.

Once we found the car storage park, which was very easy to find. We were instructed to leave the car at recepetion and the bus was already waiting to take us to the airport. Upon return we called once through passport control again the bus was waiting to take us back to the park. The distance is only 5 mins away. Our car was already waiting at recpetion for us. I would most certianly use again :-)

It was nice not having to wait for a coach to arrive - instead, as soon as we arrived we got in a minibus and were taken to the airport. Same as the return journey. The minibus arrived promptly and we were taken back to the office where the car was waiting. No having to remember where you parked and get off at the appropriate stop. Will definitely use again.

Was nice to be expected. Transfers were very quick. You get dropped at the quick drop/off pickup point which isn't quite in front of the building but fine. Staff polite and friendly. No problems with the car.

Easy to get to. After signing in, immediately taken to airport. After landing, rang Central Car Storage and was picked up within 5 minutes. Back at car park my car was ready by reception and person waiting with my keys. Put my luggage in the car and off I went. The whole experience was easy, safe, quick and efficient, and all at a great price. Would happily use again, and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to park and fly from Luton Airport.

This parking service is perfectly located for Luton Airport, being both convenient and away from the crowded airport approaches. The staff were professional and courteous, and the transfers to and from the terminal were swift, on time and spot-on. It was great value for money, and I knew that my vehicle was parked securely, safely and reliably. When I returned from my trip, my vehicle was ready and waiting for me. Central Car Storage have been around many years, and their experience really shows.

Easily located parking lot. On arrival, our luggage was put into the minibus whilst keys were dropped into office..and away we went. On our return, following a quick call from arrivals, we were met in the airport car park and swiftly returned to Central Parking where our car was awaiting us!

Car park very easy to find & very close to airport. Staff were excellent, very helpful & friendly. Pulled in & were on the transfer bus within minutes

The location is easy to find and directly en route from m1 to the airport so no time lost. Nice friendly people i will use again

I gave a lower rating for customer service as when I arrived at the office, 2 of the staff were complaining about one of the drivers and arguing over who was going to take me to the airport. This wasn't very professional. The customer service on my previous visit was very good.

From the moment I dropped the car off the service was Excellent. Was taken straight to the airport no waiting around and on My return was picked up straight away. A1 service

I have used this parking 3 or 4 times before and each time it has been the same EASY just drop car off the door and in few minutes we are on our way to airport.It takes about 5 mins that's it coming back is just as good just phone when you have got your case and in minutes they are there to pick you up your car is waiting for you all you have to do is get your keys and away you go

To be honest I'm quite reluctant about leaving car keys in unknow hands especially before I've decided to use Central Car Storage I've done a bit of research and some reviews for other companies were terible. Anyway I've took my chances and I'm very happy that I've used Central Car Storage. Outstanding service!!!! I'll use them for sure again! Thank you :-)
