Excellent service from very pleasant staff. Good directions taken from Website.

Drop off was smooth and transit to the airport quick. The M1 spur roadworks made collection slower but staff were helpful, did their best to make the transit smooth and gave helpful tips for getting back on the road. Altogether a recommended service.

Cheap and very close to the airport. Only five minutes waiting time after I called from the airport. Highly recommend this service

We dropped the car off and handed over the keys and then waited about 10 minutes for the transfer to the airport. On our return we phoned from arrivals and then waited about two minutes when we got to the pick up point. I will happily use again - it was problem free and cheap too!

Last minute selection of this car park, but would certainly use them again, very good service. Felt the first line of the instruction from hitchin was slightly misleading, I think it could be worded better, I know the area well so no problem but I think a stranger could find it a tad confusing.

Polite, friendly staff especially the bus drivers. Car was ready for me when I came back, pointing towards the exit and ready to go.

When we arrived they were polite and courteous and the transfer was waiting to take us to the airport. When we returned they were already waiting for us and took us to the car which was ready and waiting for us to drive off immediately. Awesome service and the pprice was very good, will definately use again

We were impressed by the friendly staff, quick efficient wervice to the airport and easy return instructions that were given to us. We did not have to wait on our return and were overall very impressed with the service. Would certainly recommend.

I found the experience to be very easy and no hassle parking and transfers. Would use again and recommend highly. Cheaper than using a taxi.

Close to airport and very efficient car drop off/transport to and from airport/collection to pick up car. Missed the turning to the storage initially so improved instructions might be useful for next time. thank you

The Staff were very warm & friendly. I phoned them on my return from the Terminal & they were waiting for me when I got to the Bus stop!! Very good value for money & I thoroughly recommend them. I will definitely be using them again!!!

Couldn't fault anything, from first delivering my car, to the prompt transfer to the airport and then on my return they had even started my car so a nice warm car to get in to, will defiantly use again, top class service

We arrived at very unsociable hours but were greeted with a warm and efficient service and prompt transport to the airport. Despite having a few problems with our flight we were treated very considerately by staff for whom nothing was too much trouble including trying to find us a hotel at short notice. On our return we were collected promptly and our car was waiting as we arrived. I cannot recommend them more highly and will certainly use them again.

We found the car park easily and its really close to the airport. The Staff were very friendly and helpful dropping us off in a spacious mini bus. When we got through customs we called and within minutes we were collected and returned to our car which was parked up ready to drive home. Faultless service and great value.

I arrived early with my car,but this was no problem.The staff were very friendly and we were able to wait for 10 minutes in the heated reception which also provided toilets.I was happy to leave my car in the very secure parking area.Our transfer to the airport took less than 10 minutes.On our return, having called Central Car Storage after we had collected our bags,the transfer vehicle was waiting for us at the designated pickup point.My car was ready for me to drive away,it had been warmed up for me!I could not rate this place more highly and will certainly be using this company again in the near future.
