Arrived to the car park late to my flight. I was quite worried that car park will cut down my time even more. but it did not happened. Got there, dropped my keys and got on the shuttle within one minute. Great service guys!

Good service and very efficient ..worth doing every time when travelling abroad

We had never previously left keys with a car storage company. But we needn't have worried. CCS were very friendly, prompt transfers, and a nice touch that the car is waiting for you outside the office on your return.

This seems to be quite a small car park- a few mins from the airport. We were whisked away to the airport within a minute of arriving. And likewise a minibus was waiting for us when we left the terminal. And of course the car was ready for us to depart. Would recommend/ use again.

Easy to find, close to the airport, no problems with transfers, all round good service

Brilliant service, much better than waiting round for the Airport Bus in their massive carparks. Got there, handed over the key and got straight on a minibus for the 5 minute journey to the terminal. Got back, called the office and a minibus was there to pick us up in 5 minutes from the Terminal. Car was waiting at the depot ready to go.

Extremely efficient staff seamless experience would definitely use again

First time using this service as we usually get a cab. We were naturally concerned but needn't of been as the transfer bus was waiting for us at both ends and was very efficient. We will use this service again as it was very reasonable too. Thanks again.

Clear directions so very easy to find. Staff most helpful and efficient. Transfer bus prompt and clean. My car was ready to go upon our return. You could not have made it more convenient, a truly great customer experience!

Couldn't have asked for an easier car park. Friendly staff on arrival, fast transfer to the airport and picked up as we landed and all for great value. Would highly recommend.

I always recommend this car park, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the service efficient and punctual. It may not be the prettiest carpark but what carpark is, it is secure and very close, and they park your car for you anyway, that's what matters. The only Luton airport carpark I use! Left specific instructions and note on window saying NOT to open window, came back to find window stuck open. Flat tyre with screw in it, had been fine when left.

Only a few minutes from the airport so transfers were prompt to and from carpark. Easy to find from the directions emailed on purchasing a space with central car storage. The staff were very friendly and had my car ready when I returned to pickup. I was given a number to call at the airport on my return journey to call for pick up but the transport was already there at pickup point so another plus and no waiting time. Good value for money and I would recommend this company to others.

I would definitely use CCS again. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Very polite on the phone on arrival in Luton. Dont know why i havent used them before.
