Having used Central Car Storage for the first time, found the experience efficent and stress free, would definatley recommend to others, and would definatley use again.

We arrived at Central car storage, and after having a polite conversation with the staff, from beginning to end it was an outstanding service, and also the driver who took us to the airport (which was 4-5 minute drive), was very pleasant... I can't think of a bad comment to make, but I honestly recommend this company as other companies at the same airport service had difficulties.... Why I booked in the first place was that the website said the company is family run, and I suppose that's why the service is so pleasant... Thanks again...

my plane got diverted from Luton to Doncaster, as an implication I picked up my car 7 hrs later then what I paid for, they did not charge me a penny for longer holding period, this make me comeback when ever I will fly from Luton. Well done on that guys.

Excellent service. Parked car, jumped on minibus and was gone within minutes. On return, wasn't waiting for more than five minutes for bus to pick us up and car was waiting. Great service and all for £30 for five days parking. Many thanks.

The staff were friendly and the transfer service was punctual. However they broke the gear stick on my vehicle and did not own up to it, do anything about it or offer any recompense. This was upsetting and would prevent me using them again, to be fair it it had not have happened i would be pleased with the service. My advice is don't park any classic or unusual cars that are not very simple to drive.

The wait was less than 5 minutes for the transfer in. On return I phoned for pick up. By the time I had walked to the pick up point, the van was there. When we got bsck to storage, no messing trying to find the car or a 5 minute drive to get out, my car was waiting by the exit for me. Perfect!

We first of all used this company because they were the cheapest and very close to the airport. It turned out to be the best airport parking we have had. The transfer drivers were very friendly and we were collected on our return within the 5 minutes stated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone using Luton Airport, many thanks.

I made a very costly mistake booking through FHR, it was my own fault that I entered the incorrect dates, however considering that Central cars had already had been paid for my parking which i did not turn up to, they still insisted on taking a further 20.00 and trying to get a refund from FHR nightmare not very helpful. So will not recommend either, I appreciate it was my error but being flexible would have gone a lot way, Central cars are extremely friendy and a warm welcome and pickup, but could not locate the boss as she was offsite. bit of a sad end to my trip.

I always park my car at Central Car Storage. The people working there are always chatty and friendly, remembering where I traveled to and asking about my trip... I don't need to worry about parking my car and catching a shuttle bus, as they just take the key, drop me to the airport and pick me up on return. To sum up, the service is very fast, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Very friendly, efficient staff...both at the office and on the transfer. Very close to the terminal too. No time needed to look for your car - it's waiting at the office on your return. Highly recommend, even for short trips.

I had always thought of airport parking as expensive but Central Car Storage were great value for money - even booking last minute! Transfers were efficient and we didn't have to wait long. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I have used many different forms of car parking including valet parking and I found this services to be the cheapest and the best! Will definitely use Central Car Storage again!

Simple, straight forward and great value. Will always use these if travelling from Luton

The service is excellent, always friendly. The bus is on time & the drivers helps to put bags into the bus. The car is ready & waiting on return & they even brought the keys out from the office for us. Highly recommended.

System worked well. Close to airport. Short waiting times. Pleasant and helpful staff. Generally good experience.

Big smiles all round from all the staff. Quick drop off to the airport which is a short distance away. Not a long wait after calling them when arriving. Will most definitely use again.

Transfer to and from airport by minibus. On the way there, after handing in keys and sitting in the van only had to wait about 5-7 mins for other people to do the same. On the way back I rang as I exited the airport. They arrived within 7-10 mins and turnaround time was again fast. A gentleman was waiting outside the office with my keys when we got back to the car park. My only slight reservation is that the cars are parked very close in limited space, making me a little nervous about biffed doors. However I had no such issues.
