parking arrangements

All cars booked for parking packages will be parked in a secure compound within the grounds of the hotel which has a gated entrance, is fully fenced, floodlit and manned 24 hours a day. Extra days' parking are charged at £3.00 per day.

UPDATE 27-08-2009: The hotel has recently resurfaced their car park, installed new security cameras and gates, and employed a security company to look after the car park for added peace of mind.

  • Lunch and evening meals are not available on the 25th and 31st of December 2008 and the 1st of January 2009.
  • Dinner will not be available on the 25th and 31st of December unless attending a booked event taking place at the hotel.
  • Bar meals will be available until approximately 7pm on the 31st December.
  • Triple rooms consist of a double bed and a single bed.
  • Quad rooms consist of one double bed and one adult-sized bunkbed. If these rooms are all sold, one double bed and two put-up beds will be put into the room (this does not leave much space in the room).

I would defanitly use this hotel again or the Erskine Bridge Hotel which I believe are sister hotels. Very good value for an overnight stay and 14 nights parking. My car was registered for parking promptly on arrival and was waiting for me close to the hotel entrance on return. A bit of a delay in the bus picking us up from the airport back to the Normandy. I will recommend this Hotel to family and friends flying out of Glasgow airport. Thank you for the good service.

One of the things i found annoying was that they had put tea and coffee facilities hidding in a cupboard and i only found them in the morning when i was about to leave for flight. The only other thing was that on the return shuttle to hotel other people had there car sitting ready and waiting for them at front of hotel,afraid for unexplained reason i was not so lucky?.

It was good to commence the start of the holiday from a hotel destination reducing the travelling distance. Was disapponted with the variety of lager on offer.

we have been to this hotel a few times ,the reason being: 1)it's not far from the airport, 2)the staff are really friendly , 3)food is delicious, 4)rooms are nice and beds are so comfy I can go on boasting about it but why not try yourself just to see we have always been happy to be there

This was our first time using the Normandy Hotel but it certainly won't be the last. We found it to be excellent in all respects - the accommodation,the staff, the restaurant and relaxing in the lounge area afterwards, early morning call and transfer to/from the airport. And as my husband is disabled they let him know they would bring the car to the hotel entrance ready for us to leave on our return and which they did - all very much appreciated.

It was very busy when we arrived on a Sunday evening, due to other activities, but no noise etc. once we were in our room. Would have no qualms about booking again.

After arriving late in the evening - it was wonderful to have a relaxed night at the Normandy, breakfast next morning before facing a two hour journey home. - Will do it again (in fact will be doing it again in just under four weeks time)

Reception staff were very helpful as was the bus driver. Rooms are small but excellent for an overnight stop.
