The parking that we were allocated was outside the hotel, because of the shortness of our trip, and this was very convenient.

Did not receive the room I had booked nor an apology for the mistake. the internet was not working in my room. Was not offered the least bit of help with my luggage even after requesting it. Front desk could not provide directions and made no effort to find them out. For the name and price of the hotel it was extremely disappointing and has ensured I would never recommend or use this hotel again.

Most room service was not available and lights coming away from the walls, we had to tell 3 different people that breakfast was included in our package and breakfast was cold. When checking out, again, they tried to charge us for breakfast but eventually they were happy for us to leave without paying for it despite showing them our confirmation which advised we had paid in advance. On a positive note, perfect location for flying early the next day.

The parking is not on airport but several miles away in Paisley. I would not book this facility again although the hotel was fine.

On arrival my room was unbearably stuffy and with no opening windows. Turning the air-con down to lowest and highest fan rate had no effect as a consequence I spent probably the worst night ever in a hotel room and was booked in for the following evening. I complained by phone the following day and my complaint was handled exceptionaly well, with a change to a suite and complimentary wine and fruit. A refund would have been better but probably my fault for not asking. I would think twice before staying again, though others might be happy with the excess heat.

earlier continental breakfast would be an advantage. Had no time to eat and check in for plane for 8.00am flight. Most people using an airport hotel do so because they are on an early/very early flight. would have liked the opportunity to have had continental breakfast before checking in for flight. Most people using airport hotels do so because they have early/very early departure times.

Two couples booked this deal and one stayed at the Express Holiday Inn The other at the Holiday Inn Glasgow airport, offering free parking. Holiday Inn express has parking within Glasgow airport. Holiday Inn Glasgow airport has parking 2 to 3 miles away in Paisley with a bus shuttle service which was not explaianed at the time of booking 'Nice hotel but short on the details'

The bathroom door in my room would not close properly. The quality of the fish and chips I ordered from Room Service was very poor. Otherwise, I was comfortable.

When we arrived we told the lady at reception we'd just got married (which was true) and we were given a really good suite as it was vacant, which we thought was very good of her. We were very pleased with our choice of hotel.

Great hotel, very handy for the airport, checking in is very difficult due to poor organisation of parking at entrance and the lack of interest from the staff, for a hotel that has regular offers it is let down by its staff

I found the hotel was very warm and had a nice atmosphere although i found reception wasn't as warm and helpfull. All in all I think the only thing four star about this hotel was the prices

We had booked a twin room on booking in we were given a double room. Although we had our booking form stating we had booked a twin room the hotel were not happy about changing the booking as they said we had booked through an agent and this did not entitle us to stipulate what kind of room we had. They did let us have atwin room but we had to have a smoking room. I would make sure that you take ALL paperwork when booking on the internet and have confirmation of the type of accomodation you are booking.

I accidentally left my nightdress in the room when I left hurriedly in the morning. Arriving back at reception a week later, lost property was informed and a few minutes later it was returned to me nicely wrapped. I call that service!

On the doorstep of the airport; staff friendly and efficient. Would always be my first choice if need to stay near Glasgow Airport.

We were going to order room service, but decided to eat in the restaurant...the bill came to £62. We were shocked, as the food wasn't brilliant. I had steak and to be honest I could buy a better one out the supermarket and taste better than I did in the restaurant. My husband said his dinner was very bland and this was off the main menu. We wish that we had now ate out.

My wife and self wanted accommodation as close to the terminal as we were flying early in the morning. The Holiday Inn suited us perfectly, and very reasonable in price when booked as your unnamed hotel. We only had to walk out the door, cross the road, and we were at the terminal.

I have used this hotel several times, however this booking was best value so far. The rooms are clean and well presented. It is a great start to your holiday when you have that early morning check in.

On 5th July 2007, me and my partner were travelling to Florida on an early morning flight from Glasgow. We booked into the Holiday Inn so we both were hassle-free before boarding our flight. On booking in to hotel on the 4th July, staying for 1 night, we were very pleased with the services and the bedroom we had, had the best bed ever, that we have slept in. We both woke up feeling fresh and relaxed for our flight to Florida. The staff were very helpful and well-mannered and it was nice to see a smile from the hotel staff. Bearing in mind just 3 days previous, Glasgow airport had been attacked as heard from in the news. This however didn't stop the staff at the Holiday Inn, Glasgow airport smiling at their customers. Marks out of 10 overall we both would give 10. Thank you ever so much.

Our stay on 6th July 2007 was very pleasant and saved the hassle of travelling to the airport, and as the hotel is across from the terminal building we did not need a transfer.

Closeness of hotel to airport means no need for transfer bus to departure point - it was literally a one minute stroll to check in. The hotel staff were more than helpful, changing our room from non-smoking to smoking. There was plenty of choice if you required to eat in the bar, restaurant or room service.
