I was disapointed I had to drive to an off hotel car park after cheching in.In the past eighter on site parking or valet parking was available.This was at nearby hotels.
Our first room had an unmade and broken sofa bed so we asked to be transferred - and were, promptly and with an apology. The second room was fine. The receptionist stated that the secure parking arrangements were 5 minutes from the hotel - the car park was actually near Linwood - a round trip of at least half an hour. We felt the restaurant menu was rather pretentious. When the food arrived it was just about average (way too much oil on the salad, very basic pizza and bland pasta dishes) and for the quality, we felt the prices were too high. The airport transfer bus was excellent - very punctual and the driver was v. helpful. If the restuarant had provided better food at a more reasonable cost then I would have said the total package was good value for money.
Rooms nicely decorated and comfortable. Restaurant poor and too hot to be comfortable eating. Selection of drinks limited with no draught offering. Transfer service punctual and check in/out efficient and pleasant.
Bit of a delay getting picked up from airport if I was being picky, however overall really good service, friendly and polite staff. Lovely room and facilities; I would definitely return to the Ramada Hotel at Glasgow Airport again.
Totally satisfied with service in Ramada hotel & Q-Parks for car parking. We always stay in Ramada hotel when flying early out of Glasgow airport.
