The multi storey car park was next door and hotel guests were allocated fifth floor for parking. The only lift down was very small and slow and as there were several other people waiting to use it we and another family ended up having to walk down flights of stairs with our suitcases. The booking in and rooms were very good, just a shame about the car park.

The hotel car park which is part of the multi story car park was full and the hotel did not answer the phone for help. We had to park in the ordinary multi story car park with no security and were worried about it. Many others also had to do the same. In fact the hotel part of the multi story has no security either. Luckily our car was fine but we would not use this service again.

Good basic hotel, clean and reasonable for overnight stay before flying from Luton. Parking for 7days inclusive of one nights stay was a good deal and would use again.

Would probably use Days Inn again, but would have to make sure we got a "normal" room. I think we should have been asked, during the booking in procedure, whether there was anyone with a dissability in our party. It is not very professional of you to just assume that a "dissability" room would be acceptable to us.

I booked this hotel as I needed to stay overnight for one night only with my daughter who was flying in to Luton at midnight and I didn't feel like driving through the night back to Somerset. I was looking to avoid unnecessary expense and this hotel was about a third cheaper than the Ibis and Holiday Inn Express which are closer to the airport. I hoped I had understood the website correctly re the overnight parking/taxi transfers but it worked out fine. The multi-storey adjacent to the hotel cost £6 (pay on leaving the car park not direct to the hotel), and having asked at reception I was given 2 vouchers for the local taxi firm so I was able to get to the airport to meet my daughter (reception phoned the taxi for the outward journey), and back again. One niggle I had was the room faced an urban expressway and double glazing didn't entirely exclude the traffic noise, although we found it less intrusive than I feared. Checkout time is apparently 11am not 12 as the website states but we were gone by then anyway. I had a bar meal in the hotel which was perfectly adequate if not a huge choice, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all this hotel solved a logistical problem for me without breaking the bank and I would use it again ( but remember the earplugs!).

We booked the hotel as we were expecting to leave the car at the hotel carpark top level and have a transfer direct to the hotel. However upon arrival we found out this was not the case. We had to drive to Luton carpark at slipend and get a coach from here which took around 1hr which was not much different than traveling from our home. Whilst at reception other guests arrived and did recieve the taxi transfer to airport but nobody could tell us why we didn't have the same. The hotel staff couldn't tell us anything about our booking and it took us quite some time to find out it was actually Slipend we had to park. All in all good value for money but booking should be made clear at the time.

Really pleasant stay, staff were friendly and efficient. Check out was early morning - but the night porter was efficient and friendly too! Room was immaculate and the bed large and comfortable! One comment would be for 'fluffier' pillows - but this is a small niggle!

Unfortunately, due to a last minute illness I was unable to take the trip or stay at the Days Inn. A sadly missed opportunity I was looking forward to.

I booked two nights at this hotel with my young son. I noticed it was showing as two separate 1 night stays so when I checked in I was sure to discuss with the front staff who said they would leave notes for the other staff. However when we returned from our day out, all our stuff had been removed from our room (we had a lot of luggage). Not knowing that, I walked into our room late at night to find another couple in bed and our stuff missing. The hotel staff then had to scramble to find another room and we had to then deal with moving our luggage etc., into it. It was tremendously inconvenient.

I was told there was a transfer from the airport no transfer from Luton but a taxi from the hotel back to airport. Asked for an early wake up call never got one. The kettle didn't work I slipped in the shower as the surface was very slippery. But did get a taxi on time and the girl on reception was very pleasant

Freindly helpful staff on reception. Secure complex, very clean, modern rooms. Particularly liked the layout of the bathroom with the walk in shower (shower gel even provided). Public car park is located next to the Day's Inn, subsidized parking rate for hotel guests (based on long stay). Multiple short stay parking use, with addition to overnight stay will increase the price of parking above the standard rate for hotel guests. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre. Overall, experienced a relaxed comfortable night stay.I would use this hotel again.

The hotel was spacious, modern, extremely clean, and secure. The downside was in staff being unclear about reservation details which led to a delay in room allocation which isn't what you want when you have already travelled some distance to get there.
