Good VFM when using the room/airport car parking deal
Good deal to stay and park near airport - very good value
We found it noisey through the night with the M1 and the comings and goings of the customers. Not the Hotels fault just inconsiderate people. Airparks once again was perfect. Spot on Guys, 3rd time we have used you and we will be back.
As a business traveller having internet access was important but the cost to subscribe for one hour seemed high
Hotel, Service from staff very good, Food limited menu and even one or two dishes not available. Hotel clean, very easy to find 2 mins of the M1. Airparks parking , excellent service.
great to have a reasonably priced hotel with car parking included. The hotel was clean, also there was a bar/food area where you get quite a lot of different things to eat, for the price brilliant, thanks, will use it again for next years holiday
Unfortunately, the hotel receptionist gave us directions to the wrong address for the long term parking - resulting in difficulty finding the parking location.
hotel easy to find near a pub with great food at a good price and walking distance from travel lodge
The staff were helpful, the hotel was rather basic, but for one night accom and 15 days parking for under £100 it's good value for money. We looked at the cost of parking the car (without accom) and there wasn't much difference in price. £6 - £7 taxi from hotel to airport.
Very useful to get close to airport without worrying that traffic might stop you catching flight on time. Hotel clean, warm, and functional. Dining room perhaps a bit too spartan.Parking efficient and well organised. Would definitely consider using again.
Excellent, basic but nice rooms. Transfer from hotel to carpark was a piece of cake and all parties concerned were very helpful. Well recommended.
Whilst I appreciate that removing non essential elements of traditional hotel service enables costs to be cut I did expect to still receive a certain level of customer care. When my husband and I found ourselves without an alarm clock (the alarm on my phone unexpectedly broken) and the need to be up at 4.30am to catch a flight, staff could not have been less helpful. There was apparently no way they could provide either an alarm call or allow us to arrange an incoming call from a friend. Indeed they seemed unsympathetic to our plight. Whilst this did not spoil our holiday or detract from the overall value of the parking deal it was a stressful start to our time away.
Our only 'complaint' was that at approx 12.30AM someone came into our room, put on the light and, obviously realising they were in the wrong room, left. We did not report this as whoever came in realised their mistake and we didn't go to reception as we had to get up to leave at 3.00AM.
