- This is the Luton Airport Express by Holiday Inn and not the Hemel Hempstead Express by Holiday Inn.
- If you book a Room Only package and then park at the hotel, you will be charged £5.00 per day, payable directly to the hotel. There is no free overnight parking at the hotel.
- Triple rooms consist of a double bed and a sofa bed.
- Quad rooms consist of a double bed and a double sofa bed.
Transfers to Luton Airport
- Parking included option: Transfers are provided by the car park 24 hours a day.
- Room only option: Transfers run from the bottom of the road outside the hotel every 10 minutes between 05.00 and 23.00 via courtesy bus. Alternatively, it is about a 7 minute walk to the airport.
PLEASE NOTE that these transfers are not run by the hotel itself, but by a courtesy shuttle service. The hotel is not responsible for these transfers in any way.
Parking Arrangements
Parking package includes parking at Airparks, a secured car park near the airport. Additional days are charged at the car park's standard daily rate.
Procedure:
Either park overnight at the hotel, where you will be given a voucher to exchange for long term parking at Airparks in the morning, OR take your car to Airparks on the night of your stay and the car park will transfer you back to the hotel.
Please note that if you book a Room Only package and then park at the hotel, you will be charged £5.00 per day, payable directly to the hotel. There is no free overnight parking at the hotel.

Directions to Express by Holiday Inn
- From the M1, exit Junction 10 to the roundabout and continue on the A1081, following signs for Luton.
- Take a right onto Airport Way, then a left onto Percival Way and you will see the Airport Express by Holiday Inn hotel.

16 July, 2008our one night stay was very comfortable except for the sofa bed which had a big uncomfortable ridge in it. I would recommend this hotel as a convienent stop over before or after your holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking at the airpark was very efficient.

04 July, 2008Walked to airport as shuttle bus did not start until 4am. I was suprised how busy the area was at 0345hrs. The distance was easy to walk with suitcases in tow too! The hotel itself was fine however we found the staff on arrival too interested in their own conversation to stop and greet us, this may have been the reason for intially putting us in the wrong room.

30 June, 2008Perfect for what we wanted - a clean, modern no frills hotel within every amenity necessary for a one night stay within a few minutes walk from the terminal. If passing through Luton, we would stay there again.

28 June, 2008the parking gave me a very good and quick service, and staying at the hotel made it very convienient and relaxing before heading off on our holiday. All in all it was very good value and i would do it again.

24 June, 2008The room with free car parking for two weeks was great value for money. The hotel was good and clean, and there was even a basic breakfast cereal and toast for those like us who had to leave before 06.00. Was able to arrange taxi from hotel to airport which was very prompt and only £5.00 ideal when young children and lots of cases. Paid extra £20 to have car delivered to airport on arrival home worth evey penny. I would definitely use the service again.

23 June, 2008the hotel location is excellent right on the airport. the one draw back is the food on offer at the hotel, the breakfast was fine but there wasn't much on offer in the evening when we got there

17 June, 2008Hotel was great value for money as it was the same price to stay there as it was to park the car for a week anyway. Airparks was a little but further away than I thought it would be but the bus dropped me off at a bus stop 2 minutes walk to the hotel. Would definitely use the hotel and car parking service again next time we go away.

12 June, 2008Check in/out at the hotel was easy, and we parked the car the night before and walked to the airport the next morning in a few minutes. The room was quiet (especially so, given the location)and it was a very pleasant start to the holiday. I would definitely recommend this hotel and parking package.

04 June, 2008We flew in late from Malta, easy walk to hotel (bit noisy and trafficky under the bridge), very friendly helpful guy on the desk - quick crash, up very early for morning flight out, breakfast quick and easy, good shower, functional room - really simple and then quick walk back to get Glasgow flight.

16 May, 2008Booked in with no problems. Room small but clean and fine for just 1 night. We arrived on a sunday evening and there was not much choice for food about 5 choices(ie lasanage, cod, curry) no choice for children but they did do some chips, chicken wings and garlic bread, which i think was on the normal menu. Maybe sunday's is just a limted menu. I would reccomend this hotel as it is so close to the airport.

08 May, 2008wouold definitley use this way of travelling to the airport again. Well worth the money. Cost of hotel and parking very inexpensive. Hotel close to airport. Family room was great for the kids. Breakfast was nice, buffet style plenty of choice.

18 April, 2008We were really satisfied with our Holiday Inn Express booking. Great price,spotlessly clean, great location, really comfy beds and fab showers. The only problem we had were the people who checked in to the room next door to us at 2am and then talked and laughed at the top of their voices for the next hour and a half. When we called reception, they came straight away and kept on at our neighbours until they finally shut up. The staff dealt with it really well. We;ll definitely recommend this hotel and will be using it again soon.

15 April, 2008We had to wait along time for our food and the gammon was well over cooked. Was asked if we enjoyed our meal and for a change i did say that I was very disappointed with the gammon as it was very dry, to which the response was to shrug his shoulders and said oh sorry about that! Having said that I would stay there again because it was so convenient for the airport and did get a good nights sleep before our travel.
