Could not fault hotel and would recommend when flying from Luton airport. Would stay there again.

The airparks car park was hard to find but other than that the deal served its purpose well.

Picked up a quad room at Luton Air Park with continental breakfast and off site parking for £50. Great deal to keep the costs down for our ski holiday. Hotel was what youd expect but perfectly functional, clean and in good maintenance.Staff were fine. Couldnt get food after 10 but ordered takeaway from Dominoes to the bar, reception had loads of takeout menus. Parking was about 15 mins away with a bus back. No issues here for a one night stay.

Did exactly what I wanted. Very good value, and an easy walk to the terminal building. I will use the service again.

One bed was a bed settee converted which was lumpy, the other main bed was ok but a bit firm

I cannot fault this hotel, and if I had the misfortune to have to use Luton Airport again I would certainly book this hotel

parked our car at airparks which was really very organised and caught transfer coach to the hotel about ten minutes drive away. check in was quick and easy room quite small for family of four but very clean and beds comfortable, continental breakfast was included and transfer to the airport was only two mins drive,it is in walking distance but not sure about pathways. all in all a great hotel very close to airport with parking for a very reasonable price.

Transfer to the hotel was very poor. Driver failed to stop at the hotel, agreed to drop us on the return journey, failed to stop, eventually doubled back and decided it was our fault!!! On return from holiday, I would estimate at least 100 hundred people were at the bus stop, no idea when we would be picked up, fortunately not raining. Eventually a bus appeared, clearly not enough, second bus followed, still not enough for all the passengers. Meanwhile people were pushing and shoving each other as it was not possible to form an orderly queue, no sign of a memeber of airparks to give info etc, very very poor, will not use Airparks again.

car park was further away than expected and harder to find although bus transfer worked ok and picked up outside hotel in morning. Hotel comfortable but food expensive and no other otion once car left in long stay car park

Traffic came to a halt on our way back from the Airpark carpark. We phoned to say we would miss the 9.30pm deadline for food but needed to eat. The kitchen staff took our order and it was ready when we arrived. Very impressive and gratefully received service. Breakfast acceptable except for fruit juice (nasty!). You've dropped the scrambled eggs option. Hence 4 rather than 5 for dining experience.
