No transfer to airport. Took a taxi. Excuse was that there were roadworks. No transfer from airport either. We walked. This was after phoning the hotel who gave us wrong info re coaches. There were none who would stop at the hotel.

Clean, convenient to the airport and very much in tune with the specific needs of guests at an airport hotel. Friendly, capable staff. Although we had booked a twin room, there were no twins available when we arrived, which was disappointing, but the alternative proposed (a double bed and a sofa bed) was very comfortable. Particularly impressed by the pre-breakfast service available for guests checking out before breakfast starts at 6am, which meant that we were able to have breakfast before we left at 4.30am.

The hotel itself was great but the cost of the drinks was very expensive, way beyond London rates. Ideal for the airport.

Had to drive through no entry sign to get to hotel. Had to drive to parking then shuttle dropped off at bottom of large number of steps to climb up with suitcase to get to hotel. Shuttle buses were full and didn't stop at bottom of steps in the morning, meaning I had to walk to the airport.

A good hotel, very close to the airport, we could even see the planes parked up from our window and was surprisingly quiet. Ideal for a stop-over prior to or after a flight.

Distance to airport too far to walk with heavy cases and road works. Took taxi (£5 including tip). The hotel's electric kettle blew up after boiling and we had to change rooms as they didn't have another kettle to exchange with the one in the room (or go without tea/coffee). We changed rooms as we had to leave by 7am and go without breakfast. It would have been useful if they had provided a croissant or cup of coffee outside their breakfast hours which start at 7am. Room very close to airport, but triple glazing gave us a good night's sleep. Don't forget to take your alarm clock with you as they don't provide early morning calls (although you can use the television alarm). Overall a comfortable, clean hotel with helpful staff.

Close to airport; good price, as price advertised outside hotel was 30 pounds - more expensive. Food was average and selection poor, but satisfactory.

Staying here meant that we only had to get up at 5 am instead of 2:30am if we were leaving directly from home, which was a great bonus.

When we got back the car was not where we were told it was. It was 4 or 5 rows away and had to go looking for it on a cold rainy nite (got good) bus driver was very rude about how people had loaded cases on the bus shelves, when we got back to carpark he just walked off the bus and into cabin did not help older people or even say thanks or goodnite (very miserable).

When we left Marrakesh to catch 6am flight we'd had a fine breakfast which offered fresh fruit, rolls, cereals, cheese, scrambled egg which contrasted greatly with the measly little cereal bags on offer with this hotel. True, they didn't provide a transfer to the airport but there was a very cheap taxi waiting for us outside the hotel. The staff at that hotel were attentive and eager to ensure we enjoyed our stay (and they hoped for tips!). This hotel's reception was great but that was it. No tips would have been earned at any point except reception. As seniors we would have appreciated help with our bags, which was given freely and promptly in the Marrakech hotel. The lack of transfer was the worst feature, leaving us to port our bags up the hill to the airport.

No problems really except that the fire alarms went off early morning (false alarm)- an apology or explantation would have been nice.

Great location right at the airport for a next day early morning flight. Dinner menu average and food not very good.
