Holiday Inn location is very good,walking distance to the airport,clean well organised,good brakfast. Parking is not far but after 7 days my car looked like it was parked under Icelandic Volcano which just errupted.

The hotel offered good reliable basic facilities, but a hot room was hard to cool and caused discomfort. It was close to the airport, but lacked convenient access on foot. Food was of limited choice and quality - we dined at the IBIS on our return and found better choice and quality. I shall not fly from Luton again if there is any alternative. Car park was very basic.

The hotel was fine, but there were several stones down to the bus stop for transfer which was a problem with small children and several cases. The room was clean and fresh and the bathroom was very nice. I would never use the associated airpark again - it is much too far away, and late at night after a long flight the driver had to cram us on until we could not move - very dangerous and very difficult to manage cases. There was not much help to find your car in the dark car park, and the stony ground was awful to pull your cases along - there was no help. Hotel - great..... Parking - No!

Hotel very convenient for airport and not too noisy, breakfast adequate and available from 4.00am. Transfer to airport (although not really necessary as hotel is within easy walking distance) very regular. Transport back to car park from airport needed more buses as it was a busy time - but wait only about 10 mins. Key and car pick up very quick. All worth the money to make life less stressful!

We always use this hotel when flying from Luton,with it being so close to the terminal.You check in at almost any hour which is great if you have delays. The rooms are of a good standard with all you need for an overnight stay and they are very well soundproofed. Meals are typical hotel chain fare but of course when you are starving they taste good.However breakfast is a buffet with a couple of hot items,cereal,croissants,toast, tea and coffee the big drawback is the limited space which leads to a bit of chaos at times.We found it pretty poor that the staff cleaning the tables simply brushed any crumbs etc onto the floor,by the end of breakfast parts of the room look a right mess. Would I use it again? Definitely.

Parking was some miles away from hotel which I wasn't aware of when booking. However for £20 we could arrange for the car to be delivered to the airport on our retun. This service was very efficient & convenient.

Our stay was excellent we were met with a very helpful receptionist who explained the parking procedure. Transfer was quick and convenient. Food was of high standard and reasonable value. One bad point was the table we sat at for Supper had not been cleaned and there was food underneath the table.

Booked this to take advantage of the 14 nights free parking!! Just a tip - I would park the car first - the site is just off the motorway - and take the shuttle bus to the hotel - there is quite a climb up the steps to the hotel as the bus stops on the main road - but my wife wouldnt have minded carrying the bafs, Im sure!! I dropped off the bags and my wife at the hotel and then drove out to the Parking Lot, retracing my steps! Got a cab in the morning to the Terminal for £5 - its not really within walking distane if you have suitcases - but non the less a really good deal!!

On arrival at 21.00 hrs we were told that I would have to drive 3 to 4 miles to park my car and that the transfer bus had finished for the day so I would have to get a taxi back to the hotel!! When I arrived at the car park (using written instructions given to me by hotel receptionist), I had to park my car in a field and leave the keys with the car until someone was available to move it into the secure compound. Luckily, a bus was available and I returned to the hotel some hour later. It is not made clear when booking the hotel that parking facilities are so far away. Also, on return if you don't want to go through the whole process again you have to pay £20 for them to bring the car to the airport for you. All of this kind of took the shine off the hotel stay so I would recommend you check where parking facilities are before you book.

I thought that parking was on-site, or at least "managed" for you. Instead there was a 1 hour round trip in taking the car to an opff airport site and bussing back. The hotel webpage does not make this clear.

We were able to walk to the airport the following day which was good. The room was very comfortable - the beds enabled a good and comfortable sleep. the room and hotel were spotless. Service was good also. However, to use the internet on the tv was prohibitively expensive and I was informed that the connection wouldn't be great due to close proximity to the airport. We weren't at all impressed with the food on offer, but ate it anyway because we were hungry, however if I were to stay there again, I think I would prefer to eat out, assuming no improvement. I ordered an Aberdeen Angus Cheeseburger, which was fairly expensive - it turned out to be processed/reformed meat, and didn't taste so good - I wasn't impressed with that at all.

A lift down to the bus stop level would be easier than all those stairs or walking in the rain right around the outside of the building.

The hotel fulfilled all expectations,we had a relaxing peaceful (very good triple glazing) night. The buffet breakfast was just right the following morning, (and starts around 4.00am !) The desk reception were very helpful too. Traffic at Luton gets really busy in the mornings, and this hotel is only a short (10 min) walk to the terminal building. Recommended

Easy to find, close to the terminal. Easy to get to Airparks with no hassle at all. An smooth start to our holiday. Although normally we'd have walked from the hotel to the terminal with small children and bags we got a taxi as no transfer bus is available.

Limited dining menu. Dining area is part of reception and tables and chairs were not clean. Maybe needs refurbishment.

On my return, picked up car OK but it was in the dark...when I got home, saw car in the morning in daylight, there was a large scratch on the bonnet which was definately not there when I dropped off the car...I'd only had car a couple of weeks so I was not happy

Very close to Luton airport, easy to find. Clean, kind and breakfast was alright. And I guessed a double room with this good quality at £49 was quite cheap as well. Actually I can accurately remember because it was almost 5 months ago, but I remember I was generally satisfied at Express Holiday inn Luton airport. I would recommend this hotel to those who want to stay close to Luton airport.
