Good experience until we tried to leave the ca park. On arrival we wasn't able to park on the hotel level as the barrier wasn't working, the hotel advised me to park the one down and everything will be fine an they took my registration details. When I came to leave they wouldn't open the barrier as they said I would have to pay the full charge for the four days it had been there. I quickly went to the hotel reception and explained the situation and they were able to resolve it quite quick by emailing a purchase order for the cost as it wa their fault.

The only thing that let it down was the car park lift not working, it wasn't to hard for my husband and myself to carry our bags up and down the stairs as we only had small bags, but if some people had heavier bags or elderly/disabled they would find it difficult. it seems that from previous reviews this has been an ongoing problem for quite a while! Maybe it is time to sort it.

Well finished and clean hotel. Food so so but edible. Staff seemed confused and not quite sure of what to do but eager to please. Car park lift still out of action and its ten flights up not what you need. Also the car park closes from midnight until 6.30am so you can't put stuff back in your car during these hours however they did allow us to store a bag in the hotel managers office until we returned. Would use again but drop bags off before entering car park !!

Nice hotel, just 5 mins from Luton airport. Transfer was good. But room was very noisy as the hotel is right next to a main road. Could not sleep at all!

We booked the "Park and Fly" deal and it did exactly what it said on the tin. Good value, nice hotel and room with reasonable food and an extremely pleasant and cheerful barmaid/waitress. Two very slight complaints - The beds needed firmer matresses; they were so soft, it was how I imagine wallowing in a waterbed would feel. Could the hotel ask the taxi service to be a bit more helpful in terms of assistance with loading and unloading of luggage? Other than those very minor complaints - all good!!

Staff were very helpful, car park was not working, but they organsed alternative parking that was not secure.

The car park is a multi story affair, which has indifferent lighting and small spaces - not a good combination.

From the time of entering the hotel the receptionist was polite and informative. The whole experience couldn't of gone any smoother, not only was the room clean but the decor was to a very good standard. The transfer to and from the airport was a prompt and smooth experience, and the facilities in the room i.e tea/coffee, I thought was a nice touch.

We were not quite sure how the parking/hotel deal would work out. But the car park was was next door to the hotel, the room was comfortable and quiet and the early morning transfer was hassle free. We will use again.
