Worked extremely for us, a good nights rest before our trip abroad ensured we arrived fresh. Hotel staff and bar would, food might have been better but that's only a minor criticism.

After 2 and a half hour journey M4/25/II the hotel gave welcome and genuine respite great hospitality reasonable food and good rest. Shame the bar prices reflect a 5 star city centre resort but your captured unless you have a nice cool bag tucked away with lashings of lager and wine instead of giving away your holiday money for inflated bar tariff. The hotel is very near the airport - you could walk if you wanted to, though I wouldn't recommend it. You can walk easily from the Radisson, but it's more expensive, and the parking there is not on site. At the Hilday Inn, the car is left were you park it, and the car park isn't that big, is well lit, and it's very convenient. It gets the holiday off to a good and easy start!

Dreadfully noisy heating/aircon system. No toiletries - not good enough for the price you are paying. Breakfast awful - dreadful coffee from a machine and no fresh fruit

We arrived in the early hours after a long and harrowing journey the night staff were great. However, we registered for net access for 24, hrs, we used it o.k. that night but it would not work in the morning as we had been booked out, though we were still asleep. 4 times cleaning staff came into our room WITHOUT KNOCKING to clean because we had been logged out on their system, reception were completely unable to deal with this, and merely kept repeating to my fury.... but you have checked out....to my NO WE HAVE NOTS. this broke our much needed rest and ruinhed our stay. Also, as we had just returned from a buisness trip to Italy,... the quality and particularly choice of the breakfast was awefull.

there is a bus form the carpark to the hotel and then again one from the hotel to the airport this made the treveling experience easier. The rooms were fantastic and very clean. There is everything on site that you need. Also there is a bus that takes you from the airport to the car-park on your return. All in All great value for money.

The service offered by Express by Holiday Inn enabled us to have a relaxed start to our journey. We decided to use public transport from Devon to Stanstaed & stay over night before flying out in the morning, this cost about the same as driving/petrol and carparking and meant that we could enjoy a relaxed meal in the excellent restraunt , get a good nights sleep and arrive refreshed at our destination.We would definatley do this again when flying from Stanstead.

Met all expectations. Parking at Mid Term Parking, whilst not hotel owned, was within walking distance from the hotel, although bus transfer was available if required. Transfer from airport to car park was free and easy to find as well.

We found our stay excellent from all points of view. We ate in the restaurant, had a very comfortable room and left refreshed after a very early breakfast.

We thought it was a little expensive to eat and drink at the hotel, especially with two small children. We would use this hotel again for convenience, it made it hassle-free for us. Arriving back there was a bus outside to take us to the carpark, no waiting around.

Our expectation was well met. However we were a bit suprised that we still got charged £2 each to get us to the airport which was only few minutes away after paying for the parking and the BB at the hotel.

This was my first stay at the Stansted Holiday Inn Express. I have every reason to recommend it to anyone wishing to fly from the airport or have an overnight stop. The carpark and terminal shuttle buses were excellent. The driver was courteous and again very helpful. I will certainly stay in this hotel again!

I was going to drive down to the airport in the morning; it was my girlfriend's idea to stop in a hotel, but after doing so I'm so glad I did. There was no stress of the drive to the airport in the morning, we felt so relaxed, and the bus to the terminal was only five minutes. The holiday started early.

I have stayed at this hotel on four occasions and intend to do so again. Perfect for the intended useage.

Excellent value for money; would definitely stay here again.

Made the start & end of our holiday really smooth; we even used the hotel to change our 2 small children into p.j.s for the drive home. EASY, thank you.

Shuttle service excellent both from hotel and return to hotel. Excellent service, hotel staff very helpful, got holiday off to relaxed start; no parking hassles.
