Arrived 11 pm, shuttle wrongly signposted, making it a long trek. Found shuttle had left promptly, maybe even early, at 11.15. Took Mid-stay shuttle (our car was there), and got to H Inn before next shuttle. Would have parked at H Inn, but they recently imposed an £8 charge. Another trek in the morning, though the staff kindly provided an exit code so I could bring my car in to pick up my wife and our luggage. Holiday Inn should negotiate with BAA to provide a stop on the Mid Stay route (and a footway from the road to the hotel. Guests would get a more frequent, more convenient sevice, and HI would save a lot of trouble for themselves and everyone.

A very convienient and affordable!! way to start or end holiday when flight times are very early or late. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but not the worst I've slept in at a hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating (extra blanket and towels upon request etc). To be recommended

Excellent value for money. Rooms are very clean and have been recently updated with new fornitures. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great facilites and food at hotel but the airport transfers need to run 24 hrs a day so we could return to our car without any hassle. There was not buses when our flight landed so we had to get alternative transport this was only explained when we arrived at the hotel.

Perhaps one comment. The directions for finding the hotel were not as easy as might have been especially as it was getting dark.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night but could not fault the hotel , staff , food , service and car parking very nice hotel many thanks John bristow

Shuttle service is OK, but should be free (everyone uses it). Breakfast adequate-to-good. Room surprisingly quiet, well-equipped and pleasant.

A compact but clean and well designed family room for 4 of us. Kids slept on a sofa bed which was adequate. Breakfast was simple but well presented and for the money an excellent stress free start to our skiing holiday. We'd repeat.

In return to my car I found that the nearside back wheel arch had been damaged by another car/trolley or whatever, requiring £200 bodywork repairs!!
