I found the airport parking so easy the staff were very helpful and friendly the bus was waiting when we got back even though it was a night flight and the driver was very cheerful and helped us with our cases.

Bus was waiting when we dropped of car.Only a 5 minute wait from airport back to car park which was very secure. Driver helped with luggage.Staff were friendly. Definitely use again.

i found this car park to be very effient and freindly staff bus on time when arrival no quieing out of car park very quick to be on your way home very pleased wuold use again.alloyd

The efficiency and ease experienced using APH made for a hassle free start and end to our holiday - perfect. Will use again and friends / family already do. Also cost extemely competetive - please don't change anything.

This is a well secured carpark.Need to watch for sign or turning can be missed. The staff were really good and highly recommended. would deffinately use again

Start relaxing as soon as you drop the keys off, everything made easy for you, very good value !!!, beaware of tom toms if your coming up the M5, mine took me 18 miles out

I found aph parking to be a stress free and friendly experience.the staff were so friendly,when my friend and I were due to miss our flight they went out of their way to help ensure this wasn't the case. They were quick with their responses to any queries and it was definitely value for money. APH is a service I will definitely use again.

APH were easy to find,the staff were friendly and efficient ,the buses were punctual and the drivers were helpful.We returned to find our car exactly as we left it ,couldn't really ask for much more.

Good directions given online. Very prompt transfer to airport after arrival at Car Park. Minimal wait on return to Birmingham. Efficient and friendly staff even though 2.30 a.m. on return.

when we arrived we were happy to see the electric gate and secure fencing. we were advised straight away by a member of staff where to park. we dropped off the keys and boarded the waitng bus. we were very impressed with the bus drivers on departure and arrival they were both extremely helpful and friendly, assisting with luggage-please pass on our grateful thanks. the phone in the luggage claim is a great help and we only waited about 5mins for collection. the whole experience of using your service was good. my only critism would be that the staff working in the reception could have been more friendly. we would definately use your service again and would gladly recommend to others

I coudn't fault my recent parking experience with APH. Everything went so smooth, on my return the bus driver even loaded my suitcases onto the bus for me.

Efficiency is becoming more commonplace nowadays and the whole parking experience was what we expected, neat, clean and as advertised. What made teh difference was the welcome from all staff and the feeling that nothing was too much trouble eg returning jaded after a 4am landing it was lovely to be greeted by staff that were alert and chirpy.. and efficient.Thanks.

The directions given to the parking were faultless and very easy to follow. The transfer was good, only waited 5 minutes in coach before heading for airport terminal. Return journey, coach was waiting as we exited the arrivals terminal - quick transfer. Gentleman at APH reception had my keys ready for me, upon me showing my APH card. Exited the parking easily. Would highly recommend - price, security, service all excellent. :)

As a female travelling alone, arriving back at 3am, I felt safe and secure in all aspects of the service. Service quick and efficient. Car park very well lit for night time pick up.
