Great service, driver was waiting for us both on departure and arrival so all we had to do was walk across to the departures and get on our flight and on the return do the same. All for less than parking in the long term car park at the airport.

20 mintues before dropping the car off we were trying to get through on the phones with no answer coming from the mobile number or the office.The number came up as not available. Luckily my wife was dealing with this as I was driving. We really were uncertain of what was going on until we arrived. We asked security and they informed us of where the drop of point was and that was where we were eventually met. Collection of car was no problem. you just dont need the aggravation before you go away. They blamed it on cancelled flights from the air traffic control strike in France.

It's great to arrive and within minutes someone friendly is there to take the car away so you can get on with your holiday and when you return - 3.00am ouch - it's fantastic to have your car ready and waiting as you left it.

The meet and greet service provided by stress free was excellent, from time of booking to arriving at airport and returning to airport. The driver was punctual, friendly on time at both departure and return. excellent value for money highly recommend

It was really simple - just great. The only suggestion would be to add £1 on to the cost and to give the driver a £1 to put in the trolley dispenser - that is Birmingham Airport's failure ...why charge for trolleys at airports...
