The price is far cheaper than at Bristol airport. On arrival we were transferred onto the minibus within minutes. Same prompt service on landing at Bristol. Quite easy to find and ideal if you are approaching from the M49 as its virtually enroute to the airport. Would use again.

car park quite a distance from air port but we where taken to air port with no delay

it states buses on demand every ten mins we had to wait nearly half an hour came close to missing flight

Parking was easy, collection was easy. Hardly had to wait for transfer either. All in all very happy

All works well, very convenient getting taking direct to departures, but the depot is some way from the airport, could have to wait some time for transfer mini bus if just set off but excellent value/service if you're not pushed for time.

Easy to find and well sign posted. Minibus transfer was ready to take us to the aiport within minutes of arrival. Upon return minibus was at the aiport to pick us up within 15 mins, driver was friendly and chatty despite it being the early hours of the morning. Would definately use again.

Our flight back to Bristol was one hour late and we were not charged extra for that! we called them as soon as we got out the airport and they were there is less than 15 minutes. Easy and smooth.

Everything was fine - very easy to find with new signage. Great value for money and it suits me to park closer to Bristol. However on the way back I called the company on their landline for over 20 minutes with no answer. I just so happened to look out where all the buses were to see the Park & Fly sign on a van - it wasn't a drop for me so I was lucky to catch. They said they didn't have a mobile - this is a bit ludicrous to me considering the business they're in! Despite this I would use again.

On arrival we found that the barrier was up and there was no one on site. There were no lights or cameras, the security is appalling. Only one transfer minibus so we were left waiting in the middle of the night with two young children in the freezing cold. This happened on both departure and arrival. We were wondering if our car would still be there when we got back!!

I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I travel from Bristol regularly and will certainly use the car park again (as long as it remains price competitive). I have already recommended it to a colleague who travels regularly from Bristol.

the parking was nearly half the price of the airport carpark so the saving was greatly appreciated.

Apart from the area outside the office resembling a swamp ( it WAS pouring down when we arrived ) and the carpark being a little poorly lit , I cannot fault the service and will no doubt use this company again .

everything was ready when for us when we got there, especially as it was quite early in the morning. the bus was prompt and travel to the airport was quick. no trouble getting the bus back to the carpark at the end of our holiday.

Pehaps on the intructions it would helpful to make it absolutly clear to drive into the site of the mushroom farm as there is no sign on the road

Both transfers were speedy and convenient. It was pouring with rain on our return and the driver kindly retrieved the keys from the office so we wouldn't have to get too wet. Wonderful

This is probably the cheapest place you will find to park your car for Bristol Airport but it is probably one of the furthest away. If you know this and you are happy to travel in an old transit van for longer, and wait longer than your average for a pick up then it is good value for money. The receptionist on arrival was hardly welcoming but both drivers were pleasant and the receptionist on the way back was lovely. Most importantly, my car was in the same place as I left it so full marks for safety and care of the car.

I arrived early and was transferred to the airport within 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly. I will definately use them again. I was also picked up on my arrival back within 10minutes of phoning. Great value for money. I am very pleased.

Directions to Park and Fly weren't good. If they'd said to follow signs to Airport it would have been more helpful. If I'd known prior to leaving my car with them that they offered valeting I might have taken them up on it, but was only told on arrival and we were in a rush. Cars parked away from booking-in site so cannot comment on security of actual car park. Was told by staff car would be parked elsewhere though.

Good service,exellent connection to/from airport.Will use next time definetely.
