Very central, clean, felt safe, considered cheaper car parking but when cost and time of using underground taken into account this was a much better option.

My only concern relates to leaving the car park. The traffic system around Cavendish Square limits your options and even at 1600 on a Sunday it took over an hour to reach the westbound M4.

difficult to elaborate really, what i would say is if the criteria for a good car park is security, helpful staff, numerous spaces, ease of finding and leaving then i would say the car park met all these points, i did feel it was too expensive for a days parking though.

Even though the car park is called Cavendish Square and indeed the car park IS in Cavendish Square it is signposted as being Oxford Street Parking. Very confusing. Good location, friendly staff.

The main advantage this Car Park had from our point of view was that it was the closest both to our hotel and to the location of our appointment(s). It was therefore chosen for convenience of location. -Price-wise it was the most expensive choice by nearly 15%. -Facilities were adequate and no Parking Staff could be found at around 11pm on Sunday when we arrived. A Parking space near the exit & Payment Booth was easily secured and kept until our departure with no problems. The attendant was very helpful with information at our departure. The lack of elevators was definately felt as one has to carry their cases via the steps! Overall: Satisfied & will use again, but only due to location.

I had no trouble parking because I arrived at 6:30am and there were loads of spaces. I had prebooked from 6am to 6pm, the cost of which (£30) was a bit steep compared to other places I've parked in central London but I guess it was a nice car park with decent sized spaces. The thing that let it down a bit was the fact that it was underground and they had no lift (according to the rather surly chap in the managers office). This was a problem for me because I had a very heavy exhibition stand and other equipment to carry and I ended up having to drag it up the exit ramp to get it up to street level. On my return, I presented a printout of my email booking confirmation to the guy in the manned ticket office and he didn't seem to have a clue what it was at first. He soon figured it out though and gave me an exit ticket. Overall, a slightly pricey but mostly trouble-free experience and I would park there again if I needed to drive into that part of London

When I took my print out and code number to the desk in order to get my car parking ticket approved for exit I was handed a book and asked to sign - the man said he would fill in the details afterwards. I asked him to fill in the details first so I knew what I was signing. This he did and after I had signed he put my code into the computer and then issued the ticket for me to leave. Afterwards I remained concerned about this interaction. I am still not sure why the man in the booth needed to put stuff down in writing and get my signature when everything was also available electronically. Since then I have been worrying if this was an identity fraud scam to get my signature. I would be grateful if you could get back to me on this. Thank you - Dr Reader
