I found the facilities to be good, staff was also firendly. However felt it was expensive as it would have been cheaper for me to actually pay on the day at the car park

I find the Marble arch car park good VFM and close to Oxford street, theatre-land and the museums are just the other side of Hyde Park. It is always fairly empty and can be a bit spooky at night as it is underground but the staff are close by and there is CCTV everywhere.

Booked online for 3 day stay over New Year - cheaper than hotel parking. Usual, slightly spooky feel to the place (whose are all those dust-jacketed Mercs?) but felt safe. Everything went smoothly - no complaints.

Car park was quite easily found, but I did go to the wrong end of Park Lane first, but the staff in that car park re-directed me, I only 'lost' a few minutes and it really wasn't a problem. Once in the car park there were plenty of spaces, and the mini bus driver saw us coming and came over to us to offer his services. He was very helpful, he put the cases into the mini bus for us, then drove us to our Hotel which was just off Oxford street. Although it was not far it would have been a 15 minute walk. Would I go there again...? Yes.

Easy parking but take good note of exactly where you are in the car park as the parking bay numbers are confusing.

Mr Masters 26 September, 2009

Very centrally located, but £52 for 30 hours parking was a bit steep. Remember the bay number where you park your car - it took us about 20 minutes to find our car on our departure. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

no problem to find but exit from walkway not well marked. Also internet price considerable more than if paying at garage, not good as it was in the region of 10 pounds!!!

Mr Locke 10 September, 2009

Traffic was a little bad round the area getting there but the car park was easy to find, sat nav took me straight there, very secure lots of lovely cars in there. Would use again was right across the road from the hotel we were using so it was ideal.

I found the car park very easy, once in the carpark found a place parked up and on return found the staff very polite and helpful as we have never been to london before

Miss Davies 20 July, 2009

Very good car park. Plenty of spaces- although a few were privately reserved. Had a bit of trouble exiting, as needed to locate an attendant-this proved to be quite difficult. Once found she was very helpful and polite! Cheapest car park in the area. Didn't use the free park and ride service, however useful to know it's there! Easy to locate and very good place for parking for our hotel- Cumberland. All in all, would definately use this everytime I am in London

The car park at Marble Arch Park Lane is ideally situated for leaving your car when visiting Central London for the day or overnight and no congestion charge is incurred as it is in the charge free corridor.

Miss Tenerowicz 31 January, 2008

great location, toilets for the customers, yet the staff could be more friendly when it comes to payment. the price of booking on line did not have the promised discount-the same price as on the car park. overall, we will use it again if we ever want to visit central london, unless we find something cheaper.

Mr Hatwell 07 November, 2007

Found our into the car park easily and there was plenty of room. After we had parked we were not sure which exit to use but as we were visiting for our leisure it was not a problem. Coming back we used the station entrance and found the route was sufficiently clear. It was comforting to know that the car was safe during our visit.

Drove straight in and the staff advised me the best exit on foot to Connault Place. On my return the next morning the staff were again very pleasant and helpful.

Mrs Brewster 19 September, 2006

The convenient location and ease of reaching this car park from the M40 makes it our first choice every time. Plus it's outside the congestion zone which adds to the overall value for money. There is a clean loo for which you have to obtain a key from the attendants.

Mr Cary 19 September, 2005

As stated in cons. The Hyde park entrance was closed with no warning in the street, one only found out about it at the barrier causing one to have to reverse back up the ramp. Otherwise it was a wonderful day out and greatly helped by having the car so near at hand.
