Upon arrival at the car park, push the button at the barrier for a ticket and proceed to park your vehicle in any available space. Please note that you cannot exit and re-enter the car park on the same booking.

departure

When you return to the car park, proceed to the payment kiosk. If a parking attendant is available, hand in your printed booking confirmation and parking ticket. (Your confirmation will be retained by the car park.) Your ticket will be validated and you may then exit the car park.

If no attendant is available, drive to the exit barrier and press the help/intercom button. Quote your name, parking ticket number, car registration and booking reference. The barrier will be lifted remotely to allow you to exit the car park.

Excellent location opp Hyde Park,good price and overall a good facility. The only slight niggle was that 2 different sat nav's had trouble directing us the last few miles of the journey. Don't know if this was because of road changes since the sat nav maps were updated.

The car park was easily located and I found it to be a well lit and secure area. Staff although initially appearing very helpful, actually gave out wrong information which led to confusion when exiting the car park.... maybe need better training!

I only required parking for two nights - this car park was very good value for money, location was excellent and staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this car parking to all my friends and colleagues.

Used this car park for a family day out. Found the car park easily. Walked out of car park and got, straight into a taxi, so not a lot of walikng. Really good value for money at £25 for the day, would have cost us £126.00 to have gone by train. Would definately use again.

This an ideal location for leaving the car and enjoying London, it felt safe and secure, there are 2 underground stations on the door step which made life very easy to get around london. I will use this facility again. Friendly helpful staff too which makes all the difference. ;o)

The hotel had accidentally thrown away my printed confirmation. Though I could prove my identity and ownership of the car, and though the receptionist at the parking was helpful enough, his supervisor refused to check on the internet whether I had actually paid. It would have taken him about 30 seconds to find out that I did, I guess. Instead I had to go back to the hotel, and search the garbage. Luckily I found the papers, in the end. Off'course, I should have kept them with me all the time, but the manager of the Car Park doesn't understand the word 'service'. Which makes a 100 pounds for three days even more expensive than it already is.

Expensive on the day as it would have been cheaper just to turn up!!! However, it did save us the problem of finding somwhere to park.
