...however, had a little trouble getting out. We couldn't see the parking attendant in the booth when we were leaving, so followed the process for when they are absent. At this point, someone appeared from the booth, asked us to reverse back out from the barrier, and park in the face of oncoming cars while he went away and validated the ticket! Not the greatest customer service..

Easy to find ,very convenient for our Hotel.Really friendly staff,good sized parking spaces.Will definitely use again.

Plenty of spaces, mostly large enough for our 4x4. Really charming staff member.

Member of staff on arrival helpful. However when we went to leave around 9pm - had to wait to for another staff. Unhelpful, didn't seem to no what he was doing when we had already prepaid (we had a copy of email booking). When you got a 2 hour drive home, it delayed us & already late it was not a positive experience. Otherwise good car park & price.

I was pleased with the position as I was staying in a hotel about a 1/4 mile away. I would like to comment on how helpfull the man in the office was and the cleaner who also helped us. Service with a smile and a genuine attempt to make our stay a happy one.

Easy to locate just off the Bayswater road near Hyde Park. Very secure and will use again.

For a foreigner on the expensive side, but I guess London is anyhow much more expensive. Further everything ok.

Excellent location opp Hyde Park,good price and overall a good facility. The only slight niggle was that 2 different sat nav's had trouble directing us the last few miles of the journey. Don't know if this was because of road changes since the sat nav maps were updated.

The car park was easily located and I found it to be a well lit and secure area. Staff although initially appearing very helpful, actually gave out wrong information which led to confusion when exiting the car park.... maybe need better training!
