We were really impressed with this facility...clean,safe,well lit, security in attendance and adequate parking bays....all you want from a Central London car park. It was easy to book on line thus taking all the stress out of parking and comes with a positive recomendation to those who might choose to use in the future.

Everything looked spotless and new, even the toilets. No trouble parking my VW Transporter LWB. Recommended.

The staff were lovely and couldn't help us enough. They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The car park itself was really clean and tidy. Next trip we take to London we will certainly be using it again.

Very little choice in parking costs. Took a while to get out of the car park, attendant took about 5 minutes to verify pre-paid charges

I was amazed that I could park so close to Leicester Square for this amount of money. Considering the cost of four people travelling by rail, let alone the convenience, it was a no brainer. I have already recommended this as the way to go, if travelling to London.

Chinatown parking is the best area for easy access to The West End experience, mixed with the colourful Chinatown ambience which is increased with the wonderful smells emanating from all the nearby eateries. It makes your mouth water as soon as you exit the parking bay pedestrian door. Could'nt ask for better arrangements and ease of access or exit. Would always choose to use Chinatown

It's a pity that booking in advance doesn't guarantee a parking space but the parking was very conveniently placed and there were plenty of spaces available. If you book in advance you have to go to the ticket office with your booking number before departure - it would be convenient if you just had to give your registration number and name (it would have saved me having to go down to my car to collect the details). I will use this car park again.

Easy to find with Satnav. We came back in the middle to dump shopping and it took a while to find out how to get in. Then it took a while to find the car! Otherwise the experience was fine. I'm not used to London parking charges, but I imagine this was normal. It seemed high especially for a Sunday. On the booking web site it wasn't easy to discover whether an extra half-hour would be inordinately expensive, nor whether half an hour less would be a significant saving. Some guidelines as to your tariffs would be helpful.
