easy to find just off shaftesbury ave round the corner from leicester square not as secure as they say if someone is leaving by the pedestrian exit you can walk in without a ticket but overall book online and get a great deal i saved £14

The location and security in place at this car park are great. However having booked my car into the car park for a week I then discovered that I could not use the car and return it to the car park without invalidating the remainder of my ticket. I think that this policy should be changed. The whole point of having my car in London was to be able to use it on odd occasions during the week.

Good location for all city centre, walked down to embankment quickly for the London Eye close to Trafalgar Square and Convent Garden

Would reccommend for soho / piccadilly / theatre land etc, all are convenient, and its very easy to find when you are driving to it.

We usually take the train up to London, but have realised that when two or more are travelling, it's actually cheaper and more convenient to drive up and park, even with congestion charge. Chinatown is well located for the places we go to, and we've never failed to find a space there.

We decided to book Chinatown car park, because it was near the theatre, it worked out just perfect, we found the car park easily, and although the spaces are a bit tight, it was great, we took the shopping back to the car before the theatre, and when we came out, had a meal in chinatown, then back to the car, and home, it was all so easy.

Very easy to find, helpful staff. Overall, with good experience.! will park in china town again!

i booked the slot online, and i would have expected to have a place reserved. instead i had to drive through the parking for about 20 min because it was full, waiting for a place to be free.

Easy to find and whole process went smoothly. Quite tight parking spaces if you have a big car though!
