We decided to book Chinatown car park, because it was near the theatre, it worked out just perfect, we found the car park easily, and although the spaces are a bit tight, it was great, we took the shopping back to the car before the theatre, and when we came out, had a meal in chinatown, then back to the car, and home, it was all so easy.

Very easy to find, helpful staff. Overall, with good experience.! will park in china town again!

i booked the slot online, and i would have expected to have a place reserved. instead i had to drive through the parking for about 20 min because it was full, waiting for a place to be free.

Easy to find and whole process went smoothly. Quite tight parking spaces if you have a big car though!

as above, but additionally, when you drive into the carpark you suddenly hear a loud clang and wonder what you've hit. You can't see anything obvious so you carry on ,then you hear it again. Then the penny drops, what you're hearing is your roof-mounted ariel hitting the ventilation ducting which is mounted on the car-park ceilings which are very low! On the plus side ,the car-park is in the middle of China town and very near to Leister square and the west end.

Getting in and out is a bit tight but the parking spaces are good. an excellent place to park, it puts you right next to soho. I had no problem parking but what happens when the car park is full and you've already bought your tickets online, as no parking spaces are reserved.

very pleased with the position, amount of space and friendly staff. makes your trip less of a worry

We have used this car park on several occasions. Very convenient location and good value for money

It was slow to find a parking space - maybe the attendant could have mentioned that spaces were plentiful near the exit rather than entrance. Otherwise, excellent service.

spaces were a little tight for a larger car but there's not a lot you can do about that, it would have been nice to have some toilet facilities there as we had just spent 4 hours getting into london due to the snow! but otherwise a very safe and well run car park perfectly located for soho and the west end

Didn't need to pay for a full day. Would be nice to have options for a shorter stay - also was not aware of theater visit deals until after I booked

Just to let you know I am unable to fill in your survey as we were unable to travel to London so we missed the The Jersey Boys at the Prince Edward Theatre and lost out on the car park as well. Just put a 3 in each case as something had to be filled in.

Was extremely pleased with this carpark. Very convenient location. Within walking distance of Covent garden, Oxford/Regent Street etc. Very friendly, helpful staff. Secure parking. Would recommend.

I had a Ford Galaxy so found the spaces allocated very tight for a large vehicle. Otherwise everything else was excellent

Well lit but plenty of puddles when I was there. The staff were chatty and friendly. It was easy to arrive and leave. My only complaint is that the parking fee was too high for a Sunday. I was at an all day event in Covent Garden and was told there are weekend parking restrictions round there so I didnt risk street parking but I will another time.

The car car park was easy to to find,if you drive a big car you could struggle parking, I drive a land Rover and managed just!. Ideal location for China Town 2 mins, Leicester Sq 5mins, Covent Garden 10 mins, Theatres from 10 min onwards.The only fault we found was getting the exit ticket validated, this was due to only havivg one attendant and half way through reading every word of the email confirmation form and filling out another form had to stop and go and assist somebody with their ticket at the exit barrier.The car park is well lit and seems very secure. I would highly recommend this car park for its location.

bit difficult in the queues to get into the car park, dont leave it too tight if you have a show to get to. Also took ages to get out, so many people did not pay till they were in the exit queue so they parked and blockeded everyone so leave plenty of time, otherwise good - nice and central

Overall we had a good experience of using the Chinatown Parking facility. Great location for Leicester Square - only 5 mins walk. Friendly staff on reception and relatively easy to find. The car park itself is not very attractive but its well lit with lifts.
