First time I have used this service and I will definately use it again. The staff were on hand both going to the cruise terminal and on return. They were extreemly efficient helpful and nothing was a bother for them. It is excellent value the transport was waiting for us as we came off the cruise ship at 8am no looking for our car as some of our friends experienced they had parked at the terminal at the berth the cruise ship left from but on returning we were berthed at a different dock I felt sorry for them as we passed in our minibus and saw them struggle with their luggage looking for their car This company lives up to its name Relyon you certainly can. Convenient and good value for money car park. Directions to car park very good and easy to find. Prompt departure to ferry port and on the return there were plenty of minivans to take us back to the car. Will definitely use again in future.

Well it cost about half what it would have cost to park in the Port area. Transfer was easy, we had to wait a while on arrival and it was quite chilly but eventually a large bus picked us up. Can't fault it which is more than I can say for the cruise.

The relyon compound was quite difficult to find as it is on an industrial estate out of Dover and we did not approach Dover on the same road as the directions given when booking. Once there everything was smooth and efficient and I would certainly use this service again.

Very good prompt service, just an old yard out of Dover town, with 24 security. staff good and transfers were immediate both ways. Well priced. Simple and effective.

Staff were vey friendly, booked in car without any hassle. Car was then driven away to be parked by staff member. Transport to the dock left immediately. Luggage was loaded into the coach and taken straight from there to the cabin, saving having to haul suitcases around. Felt that the car was being left in safe hands. Recommended.

The transfers to the port were very efficient and the buses were waiting for us when we arrived back and our car was ready so it was all very quick

The overall experience was good although it was overshadowed by the lengthy traffic delay near the B2011 and the rather busy roads of Dover causing us to be late. However, once we arrived everything was done to expedite our booking in and transfer to the terminal The pick up was also well handled and we were able to collect our car and be on our way. Extra toilet facilties would help as there was only one loo!!!

Did all that we expected with good personal touch that was very welcome on a bad weather day. Waiting for us on arrival back and transfers very good.Will use again if the situation arises.

We were very happy with the service given and the team are very efficient and well organised.The car was there waiting for us on our return which was a great comfort especially as Dover port was closed that day due to high winds and we were redirected from Portsmouth. Relyon coped very well with this unexpected problem! It is advisable to follow the directions given by Relyon rather than follow the Sat nav which we inadvertently followed on our return journey! It is very cross country and along windy narrow farm lanes which you think are leading no where!I would have been very worried had we followed the Sat nav route on our outward journey! Staff are all friendly and offer a super customer service. Thank you.

Not as close to the cruise terminal as other car parks but that's reflected in their lower prices. But given the excellent transfers between car park and terminal you may as well save a bit.

The service is good but 10 min is a little far from the port but save GBP15, what can you say?

would recommend this as good value for money. Was very impressed with the pick up after the cruise and the fact that our car was ready and waiting for us. Could improve in the office department...staff seemed irritated when we arrived as both were on the phone. Also driver who took us to the port wasnt chatty at all .. Driver who brought us back was better.

Value -Cheapest available in area, but no competition. Service-Cheerful staff but what they said would happen, didn't. Return -Told vehicle would be waiting for pick up. No it wasn't. -No indication of pick up point as placard laid on floor. -After half hour wait Relyon arrived with half full van turned around and left all ten waiting clients. Reclaim-Keys had to be 'FOUND' on display board. Sum up -Not a company to RELY ON. Needs competition.

Excellent all round service and good value. Couldn't fault it. definitely recommended.

Easy to find and prompt bus service on our way to our cruise. Friendly and professional staff. Reylon paid for a taxi on our return journey as we were the last passengers for the car park. Very pleased with the service overall.
