The transfer to the ship was reasonably smooth with a wait for other passengers. However they appeared to be a little disorganised for the return transfer. It appeared that they had insufficient transfer vehicles for the number of reurning customers; so there was quite a wait for the transfer. Nevertheless the experience was not too bad overall.

Despite clear directions into Dover,once into the final turning there was no mention that the parking lot was at least 1/2 a mile away thro a railway tunnel and over a roundabout with no signs to be seen. Others were complaining on arrival.Not good if short of time !! Return journey was very cramped in a 9 seater mini bus. I shall try a B&B with parking next time.Ifeel my car would have been less damaged left on the street! I will persue my damage complaint,as I had just waxed and polished the car,and had noted any marks. They obviously park our cars too close and pay no consideration when opening doors etc.

Made the experience easy and stress free and takes the worry out of parking around the very busy port.Will be using again in the future. Thanks again.

It took only minutes to drop off the car, met by friendly efficient staff who took the keys to park the car and directed us to prompt coach service. On return equally efficient service, prompt transfer to car park, car and keys ready for immediate pick up. We were very impressed by the excellent service which was also great value

Good friendly service , no hassle . A little far from the terminal but the price reflects this. Well done Relyon, would use you again.

Although their base is some 10-15 minutes from the cruise terminal, on both going and return the our shuttle bus went promptly rather than waiting for a full load.We also appreciated the friendly and informal attitude of the staff. Would thoroughly recommend.

Although a bit out of the way in Dover I had no problems finding the site from the explicit directions. On arrival it was service with a smile and I was on my way to the port within minutes. The same efficient service was given on return. I would recommend relyon to anyone.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The transfers were quick and punctual.I had to be dropped off at Dover and Collected from Folkstone this was done at no extra cost.Will use again.

The staff were first class, helpful and efficient both when we arrived and on our return. I would certainly recommend this company to friends and family.

They were extremely accomodating. We arrived with 5 bikes expecting to have to cycle to the dock but they instantly offered to take us in the van and easily got all the bikes in with no bother at all. Same on the way back. Not once did they complain which is in stark contrast to the parking service we use in Spain who seem to moan about everything!!! Will definitely use them again.

Fast, practical, and really cheap, I recommend it and I will use it for my next trip.

Excellent service,we changed our dates on the return trip,one call and our car was ready for us to collect with no fuss even though we were two days early.

Just saves so mach time messing around, straight in, drop off and away, and transport to the terminal if you need it. Would be nice if you could have the car valetted whilst away.

We and many others did have a problem finding the parking site, due to the diversion, we were following directions provided and were not aware of the bridge damage, if we had known it would have been easier. We have used gosimply before and not had any trouble finding you, but perhaps this was unavoidable. Will use your parking again. Many thanks Mrs Joan Ellis

Directions to the site were clear precise and easy to follow,the reseption on arrival was friendly quick and stress free. The transfer was quick and vehicles looked clean and well maintained both to and from the port.Overall a very good service, and value for money.

When we eventually arrived after being lost as a result of extensive road works which were not advised in advance.The reception was fine and we were soon on our way to the ship. On returning the road works caused your own staff problems but unfortunately we were not advised of how best to get on our way to the M20 and got lost again, we were not alone!! A little more thought would have been helpful.
