I used car park 3 and found it within easy walking distance,about 10 minutes, of the terminal. Had the weather been bad I would have used the transfer bus. However, during my walks there and back I saw no signs of any transfer buses. I would definitely use the same car park again.

My biggest fear on any car park is getting out! No problems here. Just a quick call at exit and we are out. While cars can get through gate, there seems no thought to people on foot when leaving car or returning to car park. You have to duck under barrier.

Some concern on arriving as your directions mention medium stay car parks when all the airport signs were either short or long stay. Other drivers had same confusion.

Car parks 2 + 3 are right at the end of the main car park road and very easy to find. Just drive through the barrier and park up. On return, just press the button for exit quoting your reference number. Easy walk to departures and slightly longer back from arrivals, but not a problem. Personally, found no reason to use a bus to or from car park. Would definitely use this service again.

Booked parking online a week before travel. Easy to do this. Lots of spaces available when arrived and straight forward directions to sort out ticket on departure. Only thing that could be improved were the directions as these were not quite correct. Short walk to terminal so no need to use transfer bus.

I had not used east midlands before but i found it ok off the m1. I had booked car park 1 but it was full on arrival. I pressed car park barrier intercom and was directed to next car park with no problems. Maybe signs in the carpark could be better to direct you to the departure building or maybe i just could not see them in the rain. Overall i will use east midlands again.

booking was simple and worth the money, was easy to get to and the attendant was friendly and polite would have no hessitation in booking in the near future,

Very convenient to walk to the terminal and time saving at the airport. Avoids queuing to pay on return when you really want to get home. the surface in car park 3 could be improved, not good for small wheeled suitcases.

car park was easy to find and could just park up and find our way to airport which was less than 1o mins walk away.you pay when you leave carpark, however would recommend booking online and paying in advance.value for money as close enough to aiport.not worth paying more for car parks closer to airport but having used shuttle bus at manchester aiport would never use again especially with kids as too much hassle waiting around and buses often crowded.

Just really simple. Dropped the car & keys off, with a bus waiting for us. A few minuets later we were at the terminal. On the way home (lucky for us) there was a bus waiting again for us, within five minutes we were loading the suit-cases into the car. Really efficient service. Would use again for sure.

Parking at East Midlands has removed the unpredictability and time wasting from my travels. It is so convenient to drive up at your leisure get to your destination and have your car waiting for you on your return.Travelling made easy.

Did not experience any meetings with the car park staff. The car park was close enough to the airport and did not need any coach transfers. The state of the car park was clean, well lit. The money i paid was money well spent. Thank You

I have used East Midlands Car Parking for many years and the facilities are getting better than ever.

A business trip made less stressful given the ease with which the car park was pre-booked. Courteous, efficient staff and on-time transfers made the experience all the better.

Our confirmation stated medium stay car park 2 or 3. When we got to East Midlands we could only see signs for short stay or long stay car parks so there was some confusion before we found we were in the long stay.Otherwise everything was fine.

Easy to book and very efficient. Good carpark in easy walking distance. Only problem was when we tried to leave the car park they had no record of us but they did let us out!

After parking we had to walk for about 10 minutes to airport in rain. There was no sign of transport. Transport was available for return to car park from designated bus stop.

Booking carpark was excellent - staff polite an helpful - on return to car park it took absolutely ages for someome to answer the intercom (queue of people behind) then after finally answering he couldn't find our booking so kept us waiting even longer - finally found it in his own time Yvonne Smithson

no need to wait for courtesy buses this car park is within easy walking distance of terminal. No fuss easy entry and exit. pre paid bookings need only to speak code into machine at exit barrier. would recommend

Excellent service and reasonable value for money, although the money was taken up front from credit card! Would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.
