straight in to car park no messy booking forms park car and you keep your keys. 2 minute walk to terminals, on return straight back to your car drive to barrier, give booking ref, and then your on your way,i would definatally use this again,and would recomend it to others.

I pre booked & paid on line (very straight forward & simple ) on arrival at E/M airport followed the instructions to the letter ie car park 2 -pulled up at the barrier pressed for ticket - oops!car park FULL - told to go to car park 3 -pulled up at barrier pressed for ticket - oops again!! car park Full - not feeling happy drove back towards airport buildings - managed to catch a security person tryimg to avoid me - told him of my problem - he had to contact someone - told me to go to Car Park assistance office - duly did (time running out by this time before flight)told the office re problem - eventually told to go to car park 1 - drove to No1 - had to park long way away(5min if you run-10min if you walk)that is what I was told by one of your security people(he was correct about the running bit)-BUT on returning on 8th April driving my car up to the exit barrier pressed the assistance button quoted my booking ref was told that the ref number did not relate to you - after a bit of your name & address give me the number again - when did you book sir stuff - I was allowed to escape - Phew!!!- vowing never again - perhaps my experience could'nt possibly help anyone else!!!.

Booking facilities very good. Extra nice and friendly man on desk at our return. Bit of a jaunt to medium stay park in wind and rain and with cases on return. Service overall very good. Thank you.

Used this service for a holiday in March 2008. Excellent easy to use website. Value for money. Only difficulty was lack of transport to/from terminal to Medium Stay Car Park although we did know about this at time of booking.

the web site is easy to use , the staff were helpful, and the price was the most competitive by far,we will be using you again for our summer holiday.

two of the above were not appicable as it was an automatice barrier going into and out of the car park. No attendants and no transfers. You pressed a button at the barrier to exit and gave your booking reference to the attendant who answered. Near to terminal. Would use again and recommend.

Parked no problem, plenty of parking spaces. No transfers so a short walk, no problem as it was a dry day, but would have been a problem if it had been a wet day. No problem exiting the car park, just pressed the buzzer and gave the booking code and the barrier was lifted. Would book again.

Very easy parking at Nottingham East Midlands. Instructions clear and concise There were no transfers from the car park to the terminal building as the car park was in easy walking distance.

we found that the car park was satifactory although along walk from the terminal particularly in the night. our main complaint was the very poor and cofusing signing some of which was totally obscured by other signs which cofused everyone parking in the dark.

Whilst only a 5/10 min walk to the terminal, the access walkway from the car park to the terminal was almost non existent. There were no baggage trolleys within the car park area which meant that all baggage had to be carried. Would not use the medium term parking facility again, would prefer to use an offsite facility with transport.

Unable to get out at the barrier took about 10 mins to get someone to answer the buzzer. When we eventually got an answer the member of staff was unable to find my booking on your system and would not let me out so I ended up tailgateing my mate whos car was booked in at the same time using my name by myself. I don't know what went wrong there but the member of staff was less than helpful, other than that great service ,will use you again

As a disabled traveller with mobility difficulties, I was initially disappointed with the booking procedure & told that disabled parking outside the terminal would be double in cost, because the disabled was now being used for Prestige parking. Fortunately I am familiar with this car park & was able to use the disabled spaces outside the terminal building - had I not been it would have cost me a great deal more. The booking staff had a take it or leave it attitude.

My husband is on crutches and we'd chosen this parking at extra expense because we thought it would be quicker and easier than waiting for the airparks bus. In the end I managed to find some staff on another car parking area who arranged a bus for my husband and myself - so we ended up taking the bus after all. Similarly on the way back we waited ten minutes in a freezing wind for the airparks bus to drop us back at Medium Stay 3.

We did not realise that the walk was quite as far as it was, fortunatly it was damp but dry, there were no buses we could have got on we used short stay car park 3.

We chose the medium stay carparking so we didn't have to wait for any coach transfers on our arrival back at the airport. Both arrival and departure procedures worked very well and we didn't experience any problems whatsoever. We wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

When I arrived at the airport (about 4.00 am as I recall) I was invited to insert the credit card I had used for my booking into your machine. The barrier then opened, my card was returned, and no ticket was issued. On returning after the weekend your machine at the exit requested my ticket, which of course I did not have. I contacted your site office via the intercom and after explaining my predicament I was told I would have to walk back to your office, have my earlier payment credited, and a new payment taken from my credit card. The guy on the phone, who could apparently see me via a camera link acknowledged my earlier booking and payment, but wouldn't lift the barrier to let me out. I walked to your office, had my earlier payment credited, and a new payment taken, and a different member of your staff said that I should have been able to re-insert my credit card in the first place to leave, a ticket isn't always issued. I told him I was very dissatisfied with your company and wouldn't be using you again, (we will be travelling to France at least 12 times a year from now on to a property we have bought). He told me to go back to my car, and I should be able to leave by re-inputting my credit card. After I had walked back to my car I tried to re-input the credit card. Needless to say, it didn't work. I rang your site office back again via the intercom. Now call me a cynic if you like, but I waited for nearly 2 minutes for someone to answer. I then used my mobile to ring your head office. As soon as I dialled the guy on site answered the barrier intercom. I don't suppose he was watching via the camera link and enjoying his small minded self!

The spaces available were few and far between, with many cars parking over several bays. Understandably this is the responsibility of the individuals and the car park company. It was, however, close to the departure terminal!

The proximity to the terminal makes this great value but as it is the same car park that is used if you turn up on the day there is no other benefit. The exit staff were very friendly.

When I put my ticket in I discover that I'd made a saving of 5p over the normal parking fee if I'd paid on the day! The walk was okay 5 mins to the Terminal.
