Car park was larger enough to park car easily, bus shuttle service to & from terminal was excellent and exiting the car park was good with the pre-booked automatic ticket.

Upon arrival at the car park my rgistration wasn't recognised so I had to press for help which was done quickly & efficiently.

drive to car park camera registers number take ticket and gate opens bus waiting for 5min trip to terminal. On return bus within 5 mins pick up car put ticket in gate at exit which opens and your away 10 mins after walking out of terminal building

At night it is a bit disorientating but was easily sorted by asking the driver for information. Otherwise, a very good and convenient service.

When I came to check out the machine tried to charge me again £4 for my pre paid parking I used the call button and explained to a rather gruff and surley man and gave him my booking registration, the barrier just opened no sorry, not have a nice trip any thing. Also I do not believe the car park is well signed posted if like me you inadvertenly come from the airport end having paid a pound to pass though it the drop off part and you have never been to this airport before!!!!!

We arrived in snow and within minutes the coach was there to pick us up..we were dropped almost at the airport entrance which was helpful as the ground was very icy. The return journey was just as quick and easy..we would use this prking again.

Well sign posted car park, no problems finding the car park. The transfer bus stop was well positioned and buses were waiting both ways. All in all a go start and finish to our short break. Thanks

We booked in advance however when we arrived at the car park, it would not accept our registration number. We then had to contact a member of staff who was unable to find us on their system so were told to go to customer service upon our return. We were let in the car park. On our return we qued at customer service to have our ticket validated (we still were not showing on their system). They validated the ticket and we were able to leave. This was all added inconveinience and extra wasted time.

No contact with staff, other than on the shuttle bus but everything worked out as expected. It was a long way from the terminal but we didn't have long to wait for the bus either going to or from the terminal. Best of all, it was cheap!

Excellent from initial contact on line, receipt of documents access to park and prompt transfer. Npot suprised used this faqcility m,any times. Regards John Baines

overall experience excellent, input my registration & they where very helpful! the transfers were very quick. I would highly recommend to all family & friends! & already looking at flying again & using the car park because of the convenience etc

Easy to find, lots of places, transfers punctual and quick. Deffinitely will use it again.

We were surprised how far the car park was from the airport, but this did not cause any problems as long as enough time is allowed for the actual transfer to the airport. The process of accessing the carpark was very easy and the barrier recongnised our number plate immediately allowing us access. It issued us with a ticket to use when we returned. There were plenty of spaces. We felt confident in the security of the car park. We walked to the bus stop which was nearby and a shuttle bus arrived within 5 minutes to take us to the airport. There was plenty of room on it for us and our cases. On our return the only difficulty was finding the bus stop at the airport, which seemed to be hidden round a corner. I would suggest better signposting would resolve this problem. Other people had the same problem. The bus came within 10 minutes of waiting and we were soon back at our car, which was in perfect order. Once again the barrier recognised our number plate and our ticket immediately and we were able to get on our way home. I would definitely use the car park again.

Very efficient service,easy to find took the hassle out of parking the car,would definatley use again.

security is terrible in respect any body can walk into that car park, not impressed might as well parked in cheaper one

really disappointed with bus driver who stopped at the bus stop to pick up three bmi baby staff, as we got on the bus he said sorry staff only,they laughed and pulled of. we then had to wait 20 mins for another bus.As my 8 yr old daughter said 'he's not very friendly man is he'

Positive: reasonable prices. Short transfer time by bus. Room for improvement: clearer signposting at first roundabout with car park numbers; there is very little room for luggage on the buses, compared to other airports; the driver misdirected us as to where to go to get the bus back on landing; when we put in our pre-pad ticket to exit, the system did not recognise any booking and requested payment of £70.

Only used the facility twice but both good experiences-bus drivers very pleasant on both occasions I live 40 mins from Luton Airport but the drive to East Midlands airport worth the effort

The car park is about 5 mins or so away from the terminal and reasonably sign posted. Once at the entrance, I expected the number recognition to automatically lift the barrier (having pre-paid). This did not happen and I had to take a ticket. I spoke with the polite attendendent via the intercom and he requested that we come back after our holiday and then call again with our pre-paid reference. This we did and all went smoothly. All thinks considered, I would recommend this car park to any traveller.

Booking it on the internet prior saved us money and turning up at the airport and simply driving straight into the park area was simple. The bus came within a few minutes making the whole process simple and quick. On return again we waited less than 5 minutes for our shuttle bus and straight in our car and on the road hasstle and stress free!
