very good directions ,did not take long to park ,shuttle bus only 5mins wait to airport same on way back ,all the park is big lettered so you can see where your park , very good

Booking the car parking was the best possible thing we could have done. The parking was easy to find and the shuttle bus was mire or less waiting for us. I will use this service again for our next trip.

Well signposted to find the car park. Automated system was straightforward. Car park was well lit and with visible security patrols. Transfer buses were regular although it was unclear where to catch the return one from. Would have been better if this were clearer to prevent us having to search around different bus stops in early hours upon return. Overall, good value for money though.

We have used the shuttle plus car park 3 times over the last 2 years and are about to use it again soon. You can go away with complete peace of mind knowing your car is in a safe place. The whole facility is just brilliant and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Extremely easy procedure, very frequent shuttle buses to and from terminal.

Followed directions - parked - caught bus - easy!!! Never saw a member of staff as the number plate recognition worked too.

only criticism was that space was clearly oversubscribed - verges and non-parking areas being usedmaking problems for circulation , visibility and causing damage

I arrived a little early but the number plate recognition system read my number plate and opened the barrier. No soon had I parked my car on the end of a row and walked up to the stop to wait for the shuttle bus, it arrived. The driver was very friendly and informed us where to meet on our return. On the return journey it was raining really hard but we were able to stand under shelter at the point we had been instructed to meet the shuttle bus. Only a 5 minute wait and the bus arrived, again with a very friendly driver. After the drop off I got inot my car and everything was fine, until I approached the barrier and my return ticket would not fit into the slot, so I waited to see if the number plate recognition system would open the barrier for me, unfortunately not! I pressed the buzzer for service and the chap asked me for my booking reference, this was in the boot in my case and it was raining!!! I explained this to the chap and he asked me for my registration number, then he asked why we were late (over 2 hours), this was due to a storm in Venice grounding all flights!! I thought he would want further payment but he said it was absolutely fine and opened the barrier for me. Fantastic service, even with a glitch and a delay, very friendly and polite staff, I will definitley use again!

I cannot comment on the staff because we only saw the bus drivers, who had no reason to speak to me. The buses were frequent and the car park and bus stop were well lit. I believe I saw a security camera at the carpark bus stop which was reasssuring standing there alone.

i always use shuttle parking, good value for money, easy to find, transfer buses on time...no problems what so ever

No waiting neither when I parked the car, and left the airport. Quick and efficient. Am using again this weekend !!

Very easy to prebook,which gave security of a parking space, It was simple and stress free parking,knowing my car was secure whilst away.. With the shuttle bus waiting when i arrived with a friendly driver.... And after just a few minutes waiting for the bus on return,went straight back to the car park.. Would definatly book this again in the future...

The directions could be better in that the access is better from the secondary entrance to the Airport. very good value for money

The car park is easy to find and is a very short ride away from the main terminal when you arrive back the shuttle bus is easy to find ive already recommanded this carpark to my parents who are flighting from East Midalnds later on in the year.

as above says it all! vehicle recognition worked a treat, plenty of spaces available near the shuttle stop, which was as frequent as stated, very easy and stress free way of doing things. Will definitely book again in the future. Thanks.

Booking online was easy and full marks for being free from a charge for using a credit card (a particlar dislike of mine!). The quote was very competitive. At East Midlands, the number plate recognition system worked, there was plenty of space in the Shuttle Plus car park and the shuttle bus arrived quickly. Altogether an excellent example of a well-thought-through operation. Thank you!
