Plenty of parking spaces, car secure and in the same condition as it were left in. Busses were frequent

having gave myself a good 45 mins to park and bus transfer to the departure terminal . to my worry and dismay I found the car park to be overfull with a queue of cars waiting for spaces . it took 30 mins till a space was available , this is not good enough . we will never use jet parks again !!!!!! akmardell

Very convenient service. Very close to terminal with swift transfer bus taking less than five minutes. Finding the carpark, though, was not easy with directions given and with satnav.

Good sign posts for directions buses running to airport good only waited about 5 minutes on both journeys would certainly use again

it was very good. we must have put ticket in wrong to come out, but rang busser and man on other side took detales and and let us out. great going to park with them june, september .

The only problem I had was leaving the car park. When I put the ticket in the machine it said I had to pay. I had already given your company all my credit card details. But, when I pressed for help the operator was very quick and helpful. It was a minor glitch but was resolved very quickly.

Very slow to get out despite there only being a few cars. Only 2 exits and people were having problems.

Could be improved with clearer notices on where to meet the coach when exiting the aiport upon return. Otherwise 1st class.

Very good service and value for money, I would certainly use the Shuttle plus again in the future.

Regular bus shuttle service provides a good support to this car park with a 5-6 min transfer only. We will certainly use this facility again. Thanks very much.

I arrived in the early morning - still dark - and found the signage not good - I ended up in the airport and had to pay to get out. At the entrance to Shuttle Plus, there was some confusion and I actually missed the entrance and drove to what looked like an obvious barrier (but was not) The return was much smoother.

Booking on line straight forward. Once at the airport no problem finding the car park. Shuttle bus was soon with us, driver pleasant we were soon at departures. Omn returning bus was with us almost as soon as we left arrivals and as before driver pleasant quickly back at car park. No problem with ticket machine and they away homeward. All in all an excellent experience and will use again without doubt.

Buses come all the time, so only need to leave 10 mins for parking / transfer. Excellent. :-)

never had a problem with them even run over time and not got charged extra very good and mins away from airport

I have used the shuttle plus parking a few times now, when I have found it to be best value for money and most convenient to the airport

Easy parking just next to the airport. The transfer bus was punctual and efficient. My only drawback was that the automatic number plate recognition didn't seem to work but the assistant only needed to know my booking ref. number and it was sorted in a few moments.

What a excellent stress free experience, thanks for makeing my trip a even better experience for us, I'll be back

Due to road works outside the 'arrivals' entrance at East Midlands airport, the shuttle bus's normal pick up point to return to the car park was closed. There was little information to show that the shuttle bus was actually departing from the bays that Skylink buses normally leave from. There was a bit of confusion in finding out exactly where the shuttle bus went from!
